本实用新型公开了一种塑料管材用稳定型切割装置，包括有圆弧形的定位部和滑块，定位部沿上边缘设有滑轨，中间设有条形孔，滑块滑动安装在滑轨上，滑块下端安装有刀片和分别位于刀片两侧的压轮，刀片和两压轮均伸出条形孔且刀片的刀刃部向下凸出，滑块上端安装有手柄。本实用新型结构简单合理，尤其适用于波纹管的切割操作，切割速度快，采用在刀片两侧设置压轮的设计，使得操纵滑块进行切割时更加平稳，不易跑偏，便于切割操作，且采用薄型刀片的设计，在手工切割管材时不会造成塑料管材内外壁开裂的现象，有效地提高了切割效果，提升了成品质量。

塑料管材的生产过程中，需要根据所需管材的长度对其进行切割，现有的塑料管材一般通过切割机自动进行切割，虽然切割的速度得到了提高，但由于机械的锯片有一定的厚度，切割过程中若是控制不好，容易导致塑料管材内外壁开裂，影响成品的质量，造成较大的浪费。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种塑料管材用稳定型切割装置，以解决现有技术中传统的切割机由于其锯片有一定的厚度，切割过程中容易导致塑料管材内外壁开裂，影响成品质量，造成较大浪费的问题。

一种塑料管材用稳定型切割装置，其特征在于：包括有圆弧形的定位部和滑块，所述定位部沿上边缘设有滑轨，中间设有条形孔，所述滑块滑动安装在滑轨上，所述滑块下端安装有刀片和分别位于刀片两侧的压轮，所述刀片和两压轮均伸出条形孔且刀片的刀刃部向下凸出，所述滑块上端安装有手柄。

如图1所示，一种塑料管材用稳定型切割装置，包括有圆弧形的定位部1和滑块2，定位部1沿上边缘设有滑轨3，中间设有条形孔，滑块2滑动安装在滑轨3上，滑块2下端安装有刀片4和分别位于刀片4两侧的压轮5，刀片4和两压轮5均伸出条形孔且刀片4的刀刃部向下凸出，滑块2上端安装有手柄6。
滑轨3两端分别设有挡块7，刀片4为薄型刀片。

1.一种塑料管材用稳定型切割装置，其特征在于：包括有圆弧形的定位部和滑块，所述定位部沿上边缘设有滑轨，中间设有条形孔，所述滑块滑动安装在滑轨上，所述滑块下端安装有刀片和分别位于刀片两侧的压轮，所述刀片和两压轮均伸出条形孔且刀片的刀刃部向下凸出，所述滑块上端安装有手柄。
