本实用新型公开了一种双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈(2-1)、内圈(2-2)、保持架(2-3)、滚子(2-4)、压缩弹簧(2-5)、活塞(2-6)和锁紧环(2-7)。压缩弹簧(2-5)、活塞(2-6)和锁紧环(2-7)组成压紧装置,外圈(2-1)的每侧都安装十二个压紧装置,用于调整游隙。本实用新型通过优化设计,设置了压紧辅助装置,达到了调整游隙的目的,使轴承在工作时处于零游隙或负游隙状态,在提高了轴承轴向定位精度的同时,还提高了轴承的回转精度,延长了轴承的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及圆锥滚子轴承领域,具体涉及一种双列圆锥滚子轴承。 
背景技术
目前使用在轧钢机上的轴向定位轴承,如图1所示,由外圈(1-1)、内圈(1-2)、保持架(1-3)、滚子(1-4)和中隔圈(1-5)组成,此轴承的轴向和径向游隙是由中隔圈配置而成的,轴承在出厂时用中隔圈把游隙配好,游隙配好后将无法再调整,这样在使用过程中降低了定位精度。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是通过改进和优化结构设计,提供一种定位精度高的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈(2-1)、内圈(2-2)、保持架(2-3)、滚子(2-4)、压缩弹簧(2-5)、活塞(2-6)和锁紧环(2-7)。压缩弹簧(2-5)、活塞(2-6)和锁紧环(2-7)组成压紧装置,外圈(2-1)的每侧都安装十二个压紧装置,用于调整游隙。
内圈(2-2)的每侧都设有一个防转定位槽。
保持架(2-3)采用铆接结构。
滚子(2-4)采用空心滚子。
实际运行中:压缩弹簧(2-5)、活塞(2-6)和锁紧环(2-7)组成压紧装置,外圈(2-1)的每侧都安装十二个这样的压紧装置,用于调整游隙。压紧装置的原理是,由轴承压盖压紧活塞(2-6),通过活塞(2-6)压紧压缩弹簧(2-5)推动轴承外圈轴向移动,从而达到调整游隙的目的,由于压缩弹簧(2-5)的作用,在安装时又不会将轴承压死,并用锁紧环(2-7)锁住活塞(2-6)不能掉出。内圈(2-2)的每侧都设有一个防转定位槽,使得内圈(2-2)在轴承工作中始终保持稳定,不会松动。保持架(2-3)为铆接机构,通过铆钉进行固定,可靠性高,在高速旋转中不易不易松脱。滚子(2-4)采用空心滚子,减小了轴承运转中的摩擦力,也减小了轴承的总重量。
有益效果
本实用新型通过优化设计,增加了压紧辅助装置,达到了调整游隙的目的,使轴承在工作时处于零游隙或负游隙状态,在提高了轴承轴向定位精度的同时,提高了轴承的回转精度,延长了轴承的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图2、图3所示,一种双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈2-1,内圈2-2,保持架2-3,滚子2-4,压缩弹簧2-5,活塞2-6,锁紧环2-7。压缩弹簧2-5、活塞2-6和锁紧环2-7组成压紧装置,通过轴承压盖压紧活塞2-6,由活塞2-6将力传递给压缩弹簧2-5,由压缩弹簧2-5推动外圈2-1作轴向移动,从而达到双向调整轴向运行的目的,用锁紧环2-7锁住活塞2-6不能掉出。外圈2-1的每侧都安装十二个这样的压紧装置,用于调整游隙。内圈2-2的每侧都设有一个防转定位槽。保持架2-3采用铆接结构。滚子2-4采用空心滚子。
