本实用新型涉及一种叉车液压油箱。
背景技术
目前，叉车液压油箱焊接成型进行抛丸处理后，一般采用注水的方式进行检漏和内部冲洗，并在液压油箱的主进油管和回油管设置滤网，防止铁屑、焊渣等杂质进入液压系统，保证液压元件正常工作。这种油箱结构和处理工艺存在油箱内部容易锈蚀、油箱清洁不彻底、铁质杂质容易进入液压系统，造成液压元件早期损坏等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单，实施简易，工作可靠，能够有效清洁油箱内部、防止杂质进入液压系统的叉车液压油箱。

一种叉车液压油箱，包括油箱、油箱盖，其特征在于：所述油箱的顶部设有油箱盖，所述油箱盖的一侧固定安装有回油管，所述回油管的一侧固定安装有进油管，所述进油管的下端伸进油箱内，所述进油管的下端固定安装有滤网，所述滤网的下端固定安装有进油吸附磁铁，所述油箱的底部设有出油孔，所述出油孔的一侧安装有回油吸附磁铁。
所述油箱盖的一侧固定安装有高压气管。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型在油箱内部设置了进回油磁吸装置，能够有效防止铁质杂质进入液压系统，大幅降低液压元件早期损坏的可能性。
2、本实用新型采用充气检漏的油箱密封性检测方式，可以有效防止注水检漏造成的油箱内壁锈蚀，有利于保证油液的清洁度。
3、本实用新型采用高压气体冲刷、强力磁铁吸附、面团粘附的液压油箱清洁工艺，能够彻底清除油箱内部各类杂质，防止油液受到污染。
