技术领域
 本实用新型涉及石油机械,具体涉及用于油田钻井完井施工中的一种工具。
背景技术
目前,各油田在钻井完井施工中,多采用直接循环的方式,即固井液通过管柱从管柱引鞋处直接排出,并沿管柱与井壁之间的环形空间直接上返,在上返过程中固井液会沿间隙较大的空间流动,间隙较小的空间固井液流动的相对较少或者不流动,形成死区,严重影响固井质量。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:为油田钻井固井施工提供一种能够改变固井液流动方向及流动方式的工具,有效地保证环形空间中充满固井液,不会形成死区,从而保证固井质量。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:它包括短节本体,所述短节本体于管壁设有若干出液孔,出液孔与短节本体的轴线夹角α为10~160度,与短节本体径向夹角β为0~70度。
本实用新型的技术效果是:它具有结构简单、操作方便、体积小、重量轻、搬运方便、使用效果好及固井质量高的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,它包括短节本体1,所述短节本体1于管壁设有若干出液孔2,出液孔2与短节本体1的轴线夹角α为10~160度,与短节本体1径向夹角β为0~70度。
所述出液孔2均布在短节本体1的管壁上。
所述出液孔2数量为4~80个。
所述出液孔2与短节本体1的轴线夹角α优选为10~80度。
本实用新型用于油田钻井固井施工中,改变固井液的流动方向。短节和接箍配合使用,通过接箍将短节连接在管柱的最下方,液体由管柱内通过短节上的出液孔将液体喷射到管柱与井壁形成的环形空间,并迫使流体呈螺旋状上升,有利于清洗井壁和高顶替效率,使整个环形空间都充满固井液提高固井质量。

1.固井旋流短节,包括短节本体(1),其特征在于,所述短节本体(1)于管壁设有若干出液孔(2),出液孔(2)与短节本体(1)的轴线夹角α为10~160度,与短节本体(1)径向夹角β为0~70度。
2.如权利要求1所述的固井旋流短节,其特征在于,所述出液孔(2)均布在短节本体(1)的管壁上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的固井旋流短节,其特征在于,所述出液孔(2)数量为4~80个。
