Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板，其特征在于，具有：基材层（1），其具有多个单板层（2）以及设于两两单板层间的胶黏剂层，该基材层设有相邻木质地板拼接的榫舌和榫槽，该胶黏剂层优选生物基大豆蛋白胶。（1）基材以生物大豆蛋白胶为胶合原料，实现无醛生产，绿色环保；（2）采用单一木材材种旋切单板层压胶合板，所制基材尺寸稳定性好、外形美观大方，相较于纯实木或三层实木地板而言，可有效利用木材资源，适用于地热环境，实现另类的纯实木概念。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及地板领域，尤其是涉及一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板。
背景技术
纯实木地板以其天然的材质而受到广大用户的青睐，但实木地板存在造价高等问题，在价格上无法与复合地板进行比拟，且使用范围大受限制；而通常复合地板采用含醛胶黏剂，存在醛类物质挥发而影响用户身体健康等问题，而且，复合地板采用不同材质制成的基材，不仅存在传热系数、结合强度等参数的差异，不利于基材结构稳定性，且制成成品后扣型不美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题，提供一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板，其特征在于，具有：
基材层（1），其具有多个单板层（2）以及设于两两单板层间的胶黏剂层，该基材层设有相邻木质地板拼接的榫舌和榫槽。
进一步，所述胶黏剂层采用生物基大豆蛋白胶。
进一步，所述基材层表面设有装饰层和/或耐磨层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：（1）基材以生物大豆蛋白胶为胶合原料，实现无醛生产，绿色环保；（2）采用单一木材材种旋切单板层压胶合板，所制基材尺寸稳定性好、外形美观大方，相较于纯实木或三层实木地板而言，可有效利用木材资源，适用于地热环境，实现另类的纯实木概念。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本实用新型。
如图1所示，一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板，其具有：基材层1，其具有多个单板层2以及设于两两单板层间的胶黏剂层，所述胶黏剂层采用生物基大豆蛋白胶，该基材层设有相邻木质地板拼接的榫舌和榫槽（图中未示），基材层的不同单板层可厚度一致，亦可存在差异，而不受单板厚度的影响即可加工成满足要求的基材层，对于仅仅采用单板配合环保材质的胶黏剂制成的木地板配合耐磨层即可投入使用，这里是采用最简化结构而成的地板，图1即为此类情况。
对于单板层所使用的木材可以包括但不限于以下品种：杨木、桦木、枫木、黑胡桃木、花梨木、榉木、曲柳、松木、榆木、椴木、柞木、樟木、柳木。
作为另外一种选择是，可根据需要，所述基材层表面可以配置装饰层和/或耐磨层，基材层可单独设置耐磨层，如果装饰层和耐磨层同时出现则耐磨层居于木质地板的面层之上，对于长时间使用可起到防磨损的效果，装饰层亦可采用与基材层一致的单板制成，对于装饰层所采用的单板的厚度可与基材层的单板厚度不一致，对于除基材层必须使用生物基大豆蛋白胶外，该种木质地板的其它结构层均需保证生物基大豆蛋白胶进行粘合。

1.一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板，其特征在于，具有：
基材层（1），其具有多个单板层（2）以及设于两两单板层间的胶黏剂层，该基材层设有相邻木质地板拼接的榫舌和榫槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板，其特征在于，所述胶黏剂层采用生物基大豆蛋白胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种采用无醛胶合的单一材种基材的木质地板，其特征在于，所述基材层表面设有装饰层和/或耐磨层。
