如图1所示，本实用新型包括固定板6和折边板。所述的固定板6上设有固定槽8；所述的折边板有三个，分别是上折边板1、下折边板5和卷边板4。
所述的固定板6上焊接有支撑柱7和下折边板5。
所述的卷边板4设于上折边板1和下折边板5的之间。
所述的上双折边板1呈梯形状倾斜安置，上端是进布料端11，下端是出布料端12。
所述的支撑柱7上装有支撑杆2和支撑杆3，上折边板1焊接在支撑杆2上，卷边板4焊接在支撑杆3上。
