本实用新型涉及一种调料压块机，具体涉及一种调料压块机出料导槽。该出料导槽包括有导槽主体，所述导槽主体上设有块状调料通道，其特征在于：所述调料通道的走料面上设有筛孔；所述筛孔对应的调料通道底部设有接料容器。由于将过道部分被镂空成筛状，下面设置一个接料容器，这样当压成块状的调料品经过出料导槽时，粉末就穿过被镂空成状的过道落到了下方的接料容器里。按照本实用新型设计的一种出料导槽，使制作出的调料块含粉末更少，包装后的产品更加美观，而收集到的粉末可重新用于制作调料块，提高了生产效益。

本实用新型涉及一种调料压块机，具体涉及一种调料压块机的出料导槽。
背景技术
在烹饪时，为了方便添加调料品，有的调料品被制作成了块状。一般块状的调料品由压块机制成。目前，市场上的调料压块机将调料块输送到机器外进行包装时，由于调料粉末不可避免地产生，并伴随着调料块，导致包块机台扒料时不易操作，而且需要人工将调料块与调料粉末进行分离，给操作人员带来不便。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型创新设计了一种调料压块机的出料导槽，该出料导槽包括有导槽主体，所述导槽主体上设有块状调料通道，其特征在于：所述调料通道的走料面上设有筛孔；
若干个筛孔构成单元体，所述走料面上分布有若干个单元体；
所述筛孔对应的调料通道底部设有接料容器。
由于将过道部分被镂空成筛状，下面设置一个接料容器，这样当压成块状的调料品经过出料导槽时，粉末就穿过被镂空成状的过道落到了下方的接料容器里。按照本实用新型设计的一种出料导槽，使制作出的调料块含粉末更少，包装后的产品更加美观，而收集到的粉末可重新用于制作调料块，提高了生产效益。

如图1所示，该调料压块机的出料导槽包括有导槽主体1，导槽主体1的走料面2上被镂空成筛状，在筛状对应的导槽主体1下方设有接料容器4。当压成块状的调料品5经过出料导槽时，粉末就穿过走料面2上的筛孔3落到了下方的接料容器里4。
按照本实用新型设计的一种出料导槽，使制作出的调料块含粉末更少，包装后的产品更加美观，收集到的粉末可重新用于制作调料块，从而提高了生产效益，因此本实用新型具有实质性特点与进步。

1.一种调料压块机的出料导槽,包括有导槽主体（1），所述导槽主体（1）上设有块状调料通道，其特征在于：所述调料通道的走料面（2）上设有筛孔（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调料压块机的出料导槽, 其特征在于：若干个筛孔（3）构成单元体，所述走料面（2）上分布有若干个单元体。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种调料压块机的出料导槽, 其特征在于：所述筛孔（3）对应的调料通道底部设有接料容器（4）。
