为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型中采用了如下的技术方案。
一种粉笔执笔装置，其特征在于包括一个硬质的笔筒，笔筒内壁设置有一层内弹性层，内弹性层内径大于粉笔小直径端外径，内弹性层外径大于粉笔大直径端外径。
本实用新型使用时，可以将粉笔塞入到笔筒内，靠内弹性层固定住，然后使用者手握笔筒进行书写。避免人手粘到粉笔灰。提高卫生性。同时内弹性层的厚度设置可以使得粉笔只剩一小段时仍然能够塞入其内使用。减少了浪费。
作为优化，笔筒外壁设置有一层外弹性层。可以提高握笔舒适度。
综上所述，本实用新型具有结构简单，能够提高黑板书写卫生性，并减少浪费的优点。
