本实用新型涉及车辆贴膜技术领域，尤其是黑胶车身贴。
背景技术
目前，车身贴用于贴在车身等流动媒体以及建筑外墙等载体上的喷绘材料，此类喷绘材料粘性好、抗日照老化。 结构包括PVC功能层，粘胶层以及衬纸三个部分。按照PVC膜生产加工工艺的不同,又可以将贴膜分为铸造级贴膜和压延级贴膜. 国内生产厂家主要采用的是压延级PVC贴膜，它的主要特性包括：厚（0.075-0.1）mm;可以不用转移纸;收缩率较大;中短期使用;用于平面或微小曲面;耐候性及抗化学腐蚀性一般.目前国际市场主要以铸造级车身贴为主，主要生产厂家以3M,AVERY为代表,国内制造商限于生产技术，还无法实现铸造级车身贴的国产化。
常见车身贴膜产品包括：白胶车身贴和黑胶车身贴，其中，白胶车身贴： 白色压延级贴膜，良好的耐候性能，透明压敏胶，平面贴覆性能优异，1-3年使用期；黑胶车身贴：黑色压延级贴膜，良好的耐候性能，透明压敏胶，平面贴覆性能优异，1-3年使用期，用途: 广告标示，建筑及汽车外表面覆盖，粘贴，具有重量轻，使用寿命长，可使用溶剂或弱溶剂喷绘机来创作个性化图案。
中国专利申请号201020600711.X提供一种不易受潮变形的车贴及其车贴底纸。所述车贴底纸的结构依次包括聚乙烯（PE）层、基纸、黏胶层、阻隔层和塑料聚合物底纸。在所述车贴底纸上通过压敏胶复合一层PVC膜，即得到车贴。
中国专利申请号201020600714.3涉及广告用的车贴领域,所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种不易受潮变形的车贴及其车贴底纸。所述车贴底纸的结构依次包括聚乙烯(PE)层、基纸、黏胶层和塑料聚合物底纸。在所述车贴底纸上通过压敏胶复合一层PVC膜,即得到车贴。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种黑胶车身贴。
实现本实用新型的发明目的措施在于：面膜后侧面粘合不透明背胶，并且背胶下侧面粘合底纸。
本实用新型的优点在于，背胶为黑色可移除压敏胶，在产品使用期限内去除画面无残胶，黑胶遮光性好，产品吸墨稳定，色彩还原度高，适用于大部分介质表面，应用范围广泛。

本实用新型，面膜2100micron白色光面PVC膜，尺寸稳定性强，背胶3采用半可移胶技术，在产品使用期限内去除画面无残胶，黑胶遮光性好，产品吸墨稳定，色彩还原度高，适用于大部分介质表面，应用范围广泛， 底纸为单面PE纯木浆纸140gsm，宽幅选择范围0.914m/1.06m/1.27m/1.37m/1.52m，长度50/100m，保存期/使用期 1年。
本实用新型应用于：车身广告，玻璃幕墙广告，平面/曲面广告，展览展示画面，商业标示画面。
