背景技术
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展，彩钢板事业得到了蓬勃的发展，越来越多的家电、建筑、医疗等行业使用到彩钢板，随之而来的是彩钢板使用量的增加和彩钢板结构简单、使用寿命短、强度低和易生锈等问题的彰显。
而随着人性化理念的普及，及新型和谐社会的构成，在彩钢板基板上涂覆漆层是非常必要的。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种家电用彩钢板，解决现有彩钢板技术中的结构简单、使用寿命短、强度低和易生锈等技术问题。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种家电用彩钢板，以冷轧钢卷作为基板，在基板上表面设有铝锌镀层，所述铝锌镀层上表面依次涂覆有丙苯金属用乳胶防锈底漆层、耐冲击聚氨酯粉末涂料层、环氧树脂耐磨涂料层和丙烯酸酯喷漆层。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案：在基板下表面设有铝锌镀层，所述铝锌镀层上涂覆有丙苯金属用乳胶防锈底漆层。
本实用新型所述一种家电用彩钢板采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比，具有以下技术效果：1、涂覆有保护漆，延长使用寿命；2、抗冲击强度高，硬度高；3、具有优异的防腐性和防锈性，会得到广泛使用。

实施例1：如图1所示，一种家电用彩钢板，以冷轧钢卷作为基板1，在基板1上表面设有铝锌镀层2，所述铝锌镀层2上表面依次涂覆有丙苯金属用乳胶防锈底漆层3、耐冲击聚氨酯粉末涂料层4、环氧树脂耐磨涂料层5和丙烯酸酯喷漆层6；在基板1下表面设有铝锌镀层2，所述铝锌镀层2上涂覆有丙苯金属用乳胶防锈底漆层3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电用彩钢板，其特征在于：在基板（1）下表面设有铝锌镀层（2），所述铝锌镀层（2）上涂覆有丙苯金属用乳胶防锈底漆层（3）。
