为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由外罩杯口、罩杯体、软木塞、内罩杯口、罩杯盖面组成，其特征在于罩杯体上设有罩杯面，罩杯面的内面上留有内罩杯口，内罩杯口里留有软木塞，罩杯体上留有外罩杯口，使用时，将罩杯体的外罩杯口朝下，对准热水瓶口盖下去，内罩杯口里留有的软木塞塞住热水瓶口即可。
