Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带弹性材料缓冲块的蜂窝纸板包装箱底板，包括底板：底板上表面粘贴有若干弹性材料缓冲块，弹性材料缓冲块的位置与包装箱内底托盘的承重腿位置相对应；底板为蜂窝纸板，所述弹性材料缓冲块为弹性橡胶切割而成。本实用新型通过在蜂窝纸板包装箱的底板上对应包装箱内底托盘的承重腿位置粘贴弹性材料缓冲块，使底板受力得到缓冲，有效避免了压力过大造成底板破损的现象。

本实用新型涉及蜂窝纸板领域，尤其涉及一种带弹性材料缓冲块的蜂窝纸板包装箱底板。
背景技术：
蜂窝纸板是由两块较薄的面板，牢固的粘结在一层较厚的蜂窝状芯材两面而之制成的板材，亦称蜂窝夹层结构。其强度大，导热性低，抗震能力强，重量轻，广泛应用于各个行业的包装和运输环节中；现有的运输重量较大的物品（如机床、金属架体等）用的蜂窝纸板包装箱，其底部大多数具有底托盘，底托盘所承受的重量由底托盘的承重腿分担，并压在蜂窝纸板包装箱的底板上，等于变相的减少了底板的受力面积，底板单位面积上受力就增大很多，容易超过设计值造成包装箱损坏。因此设想提供一种设备来解决这一问题。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种带弹性材料缓冲块的蜂窝纸板包装箱底板，解决现有的运输重量较大的物品（如机床、金属架体等）用的蜂窝纸板包装箱，其底部大多数具有底托盘，底托盘所承受的重量由底托盘的承重腿分担，并压在蜂窝纸板包装箱的底板上，等于变相的减少了底板的受力面积，底板单位面积上受力就增大很多，容易超过设计值造成包装箱损坏的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种带弹性材料缓冲块的蜂窝纸板包装箱底板，包括底板：底板上表面粘贴有若干弹性材料缓冲块，弹性材料缓冲块的位置与包装箱内底托盘的承重腿位置相对应。
