Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种加强型木塑横栏或地板。木塑板材由于其自身蠕变、脆性等特性决定，在大多数情况下，只适合用于装饰性场合。本实用新型由多个木塑板材连接而成，其特征在于所述木塑板材内开有方孔和U型孔，所述的方孔内置有方管，所述的U型孔内置有U型钢管。本实用新型在木塑板材的内腔除了设置方孔外，还增加了U型孔的设计。可以用方管作为钢衬放于方孔内，又能用U型钢置入U型孔内作支撑和承压，也可以两者同时使用，大幅度增强了型材的刚性强度。从而使木塑型材也可以进入承重材料领域使用，比如作为地板进行安装。在木塑板材的表面增加了凹槽作装饰用，也能起到防滑的功效，增强了产品的美观度。

本实用新型涉及一种加强型木塑横栏或地板。
背景技术
木塑是以锯末、木屑、竹屑、稻壳、麦秸、大豆皮、花生壳、甘蔗渣、棉秸秆等植物纤维为主原料，与塑料合成的一种复合材料。同时具备植物纤维和塑料的优点，适用范围广泛，几乎可涵盖所有原木、塑料、塑钢、铝合金及其它类似复合材料的使用领域，同时也解决了塑料、木材行业废弃资源的再生利用问题。其主要特点为：原料资源化、产品可塑化、使用环保化、成本经济化、回收再生化。木塑材料通过一定规格的模具可挤出生产成各种形式的型材。
木塑板材由于其自身蠕变、脆性等特性决定，在大多数情况下，只适合用于装饰性场合。目前在涉及户外栏杆的横栏、花架的横梁与刀片等到承重领域时，常规的木塑板材难以胜任。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述的缺陷，提供一种加强型木塑横栏，具有较好的支撑和抗压强度，适用于作为户外栏杆的横栏使用。
为此，本实用新型采取如下技术方案，一种加强型木塑横栏或地板，由多个木塑板材连接而成，其特征在于所述木塑板材内开有方孔和U型孔，所述的方孔内置有方管，所述的U型孔内置有U型钢管。
所述的方孔设于木塑板材的中心，所述的U型孔为两个，分别设于方孔的两侧。
所述的木塑板的上表面设有多个凹槽。

如图1所示的一种加强型木塑横栏或地板，由多个木塑板材1连接而成，木塑板材1内开有方孔5和U型孔4，方孔5内置有方钢管3作为钢衬，U型孔4内置有U型钢管2。方孔5设于木塑板材1的中心，U型孔4为两个，分别设于方孔5的两侧。U型孔4与方孔5之间还设有多个小方孔。木塑板1的上表面设有多个凹槽6。
本实用新型进一步拓宽了木塑型材的使用范围，从原有的装饰材料领域转用到可承重材料领域，同时兼备了美观性和高强度的双重优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型木塑横栏或地板，其特征在于所述的方孔设于木塑板材的中心，所述的U型孔为两个，分别设于方孔的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种加强型木塑横栏或地板，其特征在于所述木塑板材的上表面设有多个凹槽。
