医疗废物是指医疗机构在医疗、预防、保健、教学、科研以及其他相关活动中产生的具有直接或间接感染性、毒性以及其他危害性的废物，具体包括感染性、病理性、损伤性、药物性、化学性废物。这些废物含有大量的细菌性病毒，而且有一定的空间污染、急性病毒传染和潜伏性传染的特征，如不加强管理、随意丢弃，任其混入生活垃圾、流散到人们生活环境中，就会污染大气、水源、土地以及动植物，造成疾病传播，严重危害人的身心健康。现有的医疗处置室与治疗室之间的废物柜台，废物从治疗室进入废物柜台下方的垃圾箱后，垃圾箱仍然从治疗室一侧拉出移走，会对治疗室环境造成一定影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，垃圾箱从处置室一侧进出废物柜台，使用方便的脚踏式医疗废物传递抽屉装置。
