本实用新型公开了一种颗粒状颜料包装袋，包括外袋，外袋内设有内胆，内胆与外袋之间形成密闭空腔，内胆顶部设有硬质塑料管，硬质塑料管伸出外袋，硬质塑料管两端均为喇叭状，硬质塑料管出口端铰接有端盖。本实用新型结构设计新颖，采用外袋、内胆的双层结构，在内胆与外袋之间设有海绵，有效的提高了颜料在包装后运输及取用的过程中不发生撒落、受潮等现象。

本实用新型涉及颜料包装技术，一种颗粒状颜料包装袋。
背景技术
众所周知，颜料生产厂商均将颗粒状的颜料灌装在包装袋中，然后将其销售给用户。由于包装后的颜料需要通过众多的运输环节才能够到达用户，因此包装袋的结构和性能也是影响颜料生产效率和质量的重量因素。
目前，常用的颜料包装袋均为敞口单层式，在生产线上灌装后，用线将袋口封闭，然后送往用户。显然，上述结构的颜料包装袋，容易破损，造成浪费，增加生产成本；此外颜料洒落的现象严重，在众多运输环节中会出现受潮导致颜料变质。
实用新型内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种颗粒状颜料包装袋，包装严密，在取用、运输过程中不会发生洒落、受潮等现象。

颗粒状颜料包装袋，包括外袋，其特征在于：所述的外袋内设有内胆，内胆与外袋之间形成密闭空腔，内胆顶部设有硬质塑料管，硬质塑料管伸出外袋，硬质塑料管两端均为喇叭状，硬质塑料管出口端铰接有端盖。

颗粒状颜料包装袋，包括外袋1，外袋1内设有内胆2，内胆2与外袋1之间形成密闭空腔3，内胆2顶部设有硬质塑料管4，硬质塑料管4伸出外袋1，硬质塑料管4两端均为喇叭状，硬质塑料管4出口端铰接有端盖5，方便颗粒状颜料的装袋、取用。
密闭空腔3内填充有海绵6，在搬运过程中起到缓冲作用，内胆不容易受到损伤导致爆裂的现象，同时也可以阻止颜料的受潮。

1.一种颗粒状颜料包装袋，包括外袋，其特征在于：所述的外袋内设有内胆，内胆与外袋之间形成密闭空腔，内胆顶部设有硬质塑料管，硬质塑料管伸出外袋，硬质塑料管两端均为喇叭状，硬质塑料管出口端铰接有端盖。
