Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种气控阀的阀体，包括阀体本体（1），在所述阀体本体（1）的中部开有阀芯孔（2），其特征在于在所述阀体本体（1）的一端部设置有圆柱台肩面（3），在所述圆柱台肩面（3）上设置有O形圈。本实用新型一种气控阀的阀体通过注塑方式一体成型，其密封面和阀芯孔内壁面不仅光滑平整，而且实际使用起来密封效果较以往的阀体有了明显提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气控阀的阀体，主要应用于气压棒上，控制气体的流向。
背景技术
以往应用在气压棒上的气控阀阀体一般采用铝质材料制成，其结构如图1所示，在铝质阀体上开有多个O形环，用于放置密封用的O形圈，这些O形环一般都是通过打磨方式形成，在打磨过程中难免O形环的壁上会产生毛刺，这对于气控阀的密封性影响很大，另外通过打磨形成的O形环光滑程度不高，而这种密封结构还存在一个缺点，由于O形环是多个独立设置，在安装O形圈时需要拉伸后才能装上，这样大大降低了O形圈的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种一体成型的气控阀阀体，其密封面不仅光滑平整，而且密封效果较高。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种气控阀的阀体，包括阀体本体，在所述阀体本体的中部开有阀芯孔，在所述阀体本体的一端部设置有圆柱台肩面，在所述圆柱台肩面上设置有O形圈。
阀体本体采用塑胶材质。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型一种气控阀的阀体通过注塑方式一体成型，其密封面和阀芯孔内壁面不仅光滑平整，而且实际使用起来密封效果较以往的阀体有了明显提高。

参见图2，本实用新型涉及一种气控阀的阀体，包括阀体本体1，在所述阀体本体1的中部开有阀芯孔2，在所述阀体本体1的一端部设置有圆柱台肩面3，在另一端部设置有O形环4，所述阀芯孔2和圆柱台肩面3通过注塑方式形成，可以在圆柱台肩面3和O形环4上设置O形圈来实现密封，所述阀体本体1的材料选用塑胶材质。

1.一种气控阀的阀体，包括阀体本体（1），在所述阀体本体（1）的中部开有阀芯孔（2），其特征在于在所述阀体本体（1）的一端部设置有圆柱台肩面（3），在所述圆柱台肩面（3）上设置有O形圈。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气控阀的阀体，其特征在于所述阀体本体（1）采用塑胶材质。
