背景技术
回转支承是一种能够承受综合载荷的大型轴承，可以同时承受较大的轴向、径向负荷和倾覆力矩，回转支承又叫转盘轴承，有些人也称其为：旋转支撑承、 回旋支承，回转支承在现实工业中应用很广泛，被人们称为：“机器的关节”，是两物体之间需作相对回转运动，又需同时承受轴向力、径向力、倾翻力矩的机械所必需的重要传动部件。随着机械行业的迅速发展，回转支承在船舶设备、工程机械、轻工机械、冶金机械、医疗机械、工业机械等行业得到了广泛的应用。
现有技术的回转支承存在结构复杂，安装使用不方便，且载重量低等缺陷。

本实用新型提供一种载重量增大，工作稳定，噪声小的双滚子式内支撑回转支承。

一种双滚子式内支撑回转支承，包括内圈、外圈，其特征在于：所述外圈的内侧壁上设有上弧形凹槽、下直角凹槽，所述外圈内设有冷却水流道，所述弧形凹槽内设有钢珠，所述直角凹槽内安装有滚子，所述内圈的外壁上设有卡槽，所述外圈安装在卡槽内，所述内圈的侧壁上连通有注油通道。
所述外圈、内圈上分别设有螺栓安装孔。
本实用新型在传统的回转支承的基础上增加了一个滚子，这样回转轴承的载重量就增大了，且这样通过这样的改进相比原先的回转支承，更加稳定，噪音小。
