Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种可食用凹形容器(1),例如锥筒或杯形容器,尤其涉及一种适于填充诸如奶油或冰淇淋等甜食的可食用凹形容器。根据本实用新型的可食用凹形容器(1)是由固态带空洞的食物制成的,该固态带空洞的食物尤其是蛋白酥。无论从口感的角度,还是从对面筋和奶制品等的耐受兼容性的角度讲,根据本实用新型的容器均提供了一种对传统的华夫或薄饼干制成的锥筒的有效替代品。

本实用新型涉及一种可食用凹形容器,例如一种锥筒或一杯形容器。尤其涉及一种适于填充诸如奶油或冰淇淋等甜食产品的可食用凹形容器。
背景技术
冰淇淋的锥筒作为一种食品被广泛知晓。冰淇淋锥筒是用于盛放冰淇淋或类似产品的容器,其具有锥筒的形状、在一底面具有开口,且一般由华夫或薄饼干制成,其握持方法一般为开口向上握持。
尽管一般被称为“冰淇淋锥筒”,由华夫或薄饼干制成的此类容器也可具有其他形状,例如截头锥形,半球形等。
一般来说,它们都是适于盛放食物,通常为奶油或冰淇淋等可食用的甜食的容器。
然而,这种由华夫或薄饼干制成的容器有很大的缺陷,尤其是在食物的不耐受性方面。
华夫实际上是由小麦面粉制成的,因此其是不能被对小麦面粉消化不耐受的人群食用的,尤其是不能被有面筋不耐受,例如乳糜泻,的人群食用。
现有技术中也有用巧克力制成的凹形容器,但是其也并不能安全的解决上述问题;例如,AIC(意大利乳糜泻协会)就在其网站上指出巧克力也是一种危险食物。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个主要目的在于克服前述缺陷,提供一种由替代现有的华夫或薄饼干等的材料制成的可食用凹形容器。
本实用新型的该目的以及其他目的可通过以下方案得以实现。
本实用新型的一个方面公开了一种可食用凹形容器,其呈凹形并且由固态带空洞的食物制成。
进一步的,所述固态带空洞的食物为蛋白酥。
优选的是,所述容器为在一底面具有开口的锥形;或为在一主面具有开口的截头锥形;或为在最大直径位置处具有开口的半球形;或为在一底面具有开口的筒形;或为在两底面具有开口的筒形。
优选的是,所述固态带空洞的食物为不含面筋的固态带空洞的食物及/或为不含乳制品的固态带空洞的食物。
本实用新型的另一方面提供了一种食物,其包括前述的任意一种可食用凹形容器,以及容置于该可食用凹形容器所定义的一凹腔(3)中的甜食产品。
优选的是,该甜食产品是奶油或冰淇淋。
通过用固态的带空洞的食物,尤其是蛋白酥(meringue),即基于蛋白和糖制成的固态带空洞的食物(solidified frothy food),制作本实用新型中的容器,可提供一种比现有的甜筒的更有效更优化替代物,且具有与华夫或薄饼干其他相似的性质的可食用容器。
根据现有技术,蛋白酥以及其他固态带空洞的食物都是完整的形状,即凸形。
因此,将其制成如本实用新型所述的可食用凹形容器并非是显而易见的。
然而,它们确实提供了一种本实用新型所述的问题的有效解决方案。
尤其是,蛋白酥并不含面筋且并非奶制品,即蛋白和糖是意大利乳糜泻协会网站上允许乳糜泻人群食用的食物,因此,其可以成为具有食物无耐受问题的人群的食物。
此外,除了对食物不耐受的问题外,从口感的角度讲,蛋白酥也是华夫或薄饼干等材料的理想替代,因此,即便没有食物不耐受问题的人群也可以愉悦的食用它。

具体实施方式
图1、2示出了依据本实用新型的一种实施方式的可食用凹形容器。
所述容器1具有1适于容纳食物的凹腔3,该食物尤其是诸如生奶油、奶油,以及冰淇淋等甜食产品。
在所示的实施方式中,容器1具有一截头锥的形状,且在其主底面具有开口。
然而,显而易见的是,其也可具有其他形状,例如在一底面具有开口的锥形,在最大半径处具有开口的半球形,在一底面或两底面均具有开口的筒形,大体上所有凹形均可。
根据本实用新型,所述容器由固态带空洞的食物制成,尤其是蛋白酥。
可替换的是,所述蛋白酥可以根据相关领域的常识的及进行调味。
可选的是,所述蛋白酥还可根据相关领域的常识进行包衣或装饰,例如用熔化的巧克力包衣。
从以上描述可见,根据本实用新型的可食用凹形容器实现了前述的目的。
显而易见的是,本领域的一般技术人员应当可以预见不背离被实用新型的权利要求所定义的保护范围的其他变体和改造。

1.一种可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:其呈凹形并且由固态带空洞的食物制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:所述固态带空洞的食物为蛋白酥。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:所述容器为在一底面具有开口的锥形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:所述容器为在一主面具有开口的截头锥形。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:所述容器为在最大直径位置处具有开口的半球形。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:所述容器为在一底面具有开口的筒形。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:所述容器为在两底面具有开口的筒形。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的可食用凹形容器,其特征在于:所述固态带空洞的食物为不含面筋的固态带空洞的食物及/或为不含乳制品的固态带空洞的食物。
9.一种食物,其包括:权利要求1至8中任意一项的可食用凹形容器,以及容置于该可食用凹形容器所定义的一凹腔(3)中的甜食产品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的食物,其特征在于:该甜食产品是奶油或冰淇淋。
