Abstract
一种半封闭式燃烧的燃气灶,使液化气在锅和热反射板之间进行半封闭式燃烧,燃烧后的废气由热反射板上部的过气孔进入环形废气室,然后由排烟道排出室外,从而减少燃烧热量的流失,控制了燃烧废气的扩散,提高了燃烧热效率,减少废气对厨房的污染,降低了夏天厨房的温度。

本实用新型涉及到液化气燃气灶的技术,它是使液化气火焰在一个半封闭的燃烧室里燃烧的燃气灶。
背景技术
现在的燃气灶都是敞开式燃烧,这样燃烧后产生的温度较高的废气都散发在厨房里,这些废气造成厨房的污染,尤其是在夏天使得厨房温度很高,影响人的健康,使人感到难受。
发明内容
本技术是在图1中燃气灶的锅(3)和火焰的外围加装一环形曲面热反射板(2),这样火焰就在热反射板和锅之间所形成的燃烧室里燃烧,火焰在锅的上部边缘处成为废气,热反射板上部与锅相连接处的圆周开有多个过气孔(5),在热反射板上部过气孔的外面是一环形废气室(4),废气室又与排烟道(6)相连,燃烧废气由过气孔进入废气室,然后再由排烟道排到室外。这样能减少热量的流失,热反射板能把部分热量反射到锅上去。
有益效果
本装置能有效地将燃烧热废气控制起来,集中排出室外,减少对厨房的污染,降低厨房的温度,提高燃烧热效率。

具体实施方法
如图1热反射板(2)与锅(3)的间隙上部小下部大,下部的间隙要保证有足够的空气能进入燃烧室,使燃烧充分。为了使燃烧室火焰四周燃烧均匀,热反射板上边缘的过气孔(5)呈圆周分布,排烟道处的孔距大于圆周对面的孔距,以平衡四周气流的阻力,如图2所示。过气孔把燃烧室和环形废气室(4)连通起来,环形废气室(4)主要是把废气控制,集中由排烟道(6)排出室外,排烟道上装有叶门阀(7),安装时调节好叶门阀,控制排烟道的负压,保证废气流不能过快,燃烧自然。
Claims (5)
1.一种半封闭式燃烧的燃气灶,其特征是在灶的锅和燃烧火焰的外围加装一个环形曲面热反射板,锅与反射板之间形成一个半封闭的燃烧室,在环形曲面热反射板外围连接一个环形废气室,热反射板上部边缘的过气孔把废气室和燃烧室连通起来,废气室又与排烟道连通起来。
2.如权利要求1所述的半封闭式燃烧的燃气灶,其特征是用一个环形曲面的金属板做成的热反射板,它与锅具有上部小下部大的合理间隙,这个间隙也就是一个半封闭的燃烧室。
3.如权利要求1所述的半封闭式燃烧的燃气灶,其特征是环形曲面热反射板的上部边缘的过气孔是沿圆周分布,在排烟道处孔距大于圆周对面孔距,孔距是逐步减小的。
4.如权利要求1所述的半封闭式燃烧的燃气灶,其特征是热反射板上过气孔的外面围城一个环形的废气室,过气孔把废气室和燃烧室连通起来,环形废气室又与排烟道相连通。
5.如权利要求1所述的半封闭式燃烧的燃气灶,其特征是在排烟道上装有一叶门阀,用以调节排烟道内的负压。
