Abstract
一种四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯，包括支架，支架前端装有凸透镜，支架内后部设有铝基板，支架中部装有遮光板，铝基板上、下两个侧面分别装有两个LED灯，每个LED灯对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜。本实用新型中，由于LED光源体积小，可使灯内布局更合理；采用LED光源可使灯内温度降低到60℃以下，大大减少水雾产生的可能性，能延长灯的各部件使用寿命；通过半剖面的设计，在减小体积的同时，充分利用了光源发光效率，减少光线浪费，能节电70%。

本实用新型属于汽车车灯领域，涉及一种汽车近光灯。
背景技术
传统的汽车前照灯采用的多是白炽灯、卤素灯，气体放电灯等作为光源。采用投影式的前照灯，一个近光灯光组占据了灯体的大部分体积，从而使整灯外形设计受到很大限制。传统前照灯点亮后，灯内温度较高，极易产生水雾，影响外观和灯的其它部件寿命，而且耗电量也较大，不利于节能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节约能源、寿命长、体积小的四椭球面投影汽车近光灯。
为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案：一种四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯，包括支架，支架前端装有凸透镜，支架内后部设有铝基板，支架中部装有遮光板，铝基板上、下两个侧面分别装有两个LED灯，每个LED灯对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜。
铝基板上装有四个LED灯，相邻LED灯的发光方向相反；在铝基板的上方和下方分别设有两个椭球面反射镜。
四个LED灯发出的光经过各自对应的椭球面反射镜反射汇聚于凸透镜的交点。
铝基板上带有散热器。
本实用新型中，由于LED光源体积小，可使灯内布局更合理；采用LED光源可使灯内温度降低到60℃以下，大大减少水雾产生的可能性，能延长灯的各部件使用寿命；通过半剖面的设计，在减小体积的同时，充分利用了光源发光效率，减少光线浪费，能节电70%。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯，包括支架6，支架前端装有凸透镜1，支架6中部装有遮光板2，支架6内后部设有带有散热器的铝基板5，铝基板5上、下两个侧面分别装有两个LED灯，共四个LED灯3a、3b、3c、3d，相邻LED灯的发光方向相反；每个LED灯对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜4a、4b、4c、4d，在铝基板的上方和下方分别设有两个椭球面反射镜。四个LED灯发出的光经过各自对应的椭球面反射镜反射汇聚于凸透镜的交点。
LED灯为大功率白色光源，椭球面反射镜能对LED灯发出的光线进行反射和光线重新分布。工作原理：电源接通后，LED灯发出的光通过椭球面反射镜反射后，经过遮光板遮挡一部分光线，再经过凸透镜后可形成清晰的明暗截止线射出。

1.一种四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯，包括支架，支架前端装有凸透镜，支架内后部设有铝基板，其特征是：支架中部装有遮光板，铝基板上、下两个侧面分别装有两个LED灯，每个LED灯对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯，其特征是：铝基板上装有四个LED灯，相邻LED灯的发光方向相反；在铝基板的上方和下方分别设有两个椭球面反射镜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯，其特征是：四个LED灯发出的光经过各自对应的椭球面反射镜反射汇聚于凸透镜的交点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯，其特征是：铝基板上带有散热器。
