本实用新型公开了一种低成本的一次性使用的外科手术镊。所述手术镊包括V形塑料镊臂，分别与塑料镊臂的两端连接、内侧设有齿纹的两个不锈钢镊头；所述不锈钢镊头通过其一端设有的插针与所述塑料镊臂一端内对应的插孔插接在一起。本实用新型的手术镊制作成本低，手术后可直接扔掉而不再重复使用，免去了繁琐、低效和高成本的消毒灭菌过程，而且其使用手感及效果均比现有的纯不锈钢的手术镊好。

本实用新型属于医疗器械领域，具体涉及一种一次性使用的手术镊。
背景技术
在外科手术中，需要用到手术刀、手术镊、手术剪等手术工具，目前的外科手术中采用的这类工具均为金属材料。这些手术工具的材料成本和制作成本很高，因此都是反复多次使用的，每进行一次手术就需要对这些金属工具进行严格的消毒过程，可是消毒杀菌不一定能百分之百地杀灭病毒、病菌等，如果再次使用有导致病人交叉感染的可能，另外，在每一次的消毒耗时耗力，消毒设备运行成本高，效率低。为此，开发一套低成本的一次性外科手术工具显得意义重大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的不足，提供一种低成本的一次性使用的外科手术镊。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案为：
所述一次性手术镊包括V形塑料镊臂，分别与塑料镊臂的两端连接、内侧设有齿纹的两个不锈钢镊头；所述不锈钢镊头通过其一端设有的插针与所述塑料镊臂一端内对应的插孔插接在一起。
其中，所述不锈钢镊头一端的插针插入塑料镊臂一端的插孔中，并在插孔与插针间有粘接层；所述插针和插孔的长度为1.5至3.5厘米。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：
传统的手术镊整体都是不锈钢材质，生产成本高，需要多次反复使用，有导致病人交叉感染的隐患。本实用新型将手术镊钳头和镊臂制作成分体的两个部分，其中，镊头采用不锈钢材料，而镊臂采用塑料材质；镊头一端设有插针，与镊臂一端设计的插孔插合连接，为了提高两者连接的稳定性，在插针和插孔上涂有粘合剂。本实用新型的手术镊制作成本低，手术后可直接扔掉而不再重复使用，免去了繁琐、低效和高成本的消毒灭菌过程，而且其使用手感及效果均比现有的纯不锈钢的手术镊好。

参见图1、图2和图3，所述一次性手术镊包括V形塑料镊臂2，分别与塑料镊臂2的两端连接、内侧设有齿纹的两个不锈钢镊头1；所述不锈钢镊头1通过其一端设有的插针3与所述塑料镊臂2一端内对应的插孔4插接在一起。
其中，所述不锈钢镊头1一端的插针3插入塑料镊臂2一端的插孔4中，并在插孔4与插针3间有粘接层；所述插针3和插孔4的长度为2.8厘米。

1.一种一次性手术镊，其特征在于，所述手术镊包括V形塑料镊臂，分别与塑料镊臂的两端连接、内侧设有齿纹的两个不锈钢镊头；所述不锈钢镊头通过其一端设有的插针与所述塑料镊臂一端内对应的插孔插接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的手术镊，其特征在于，所述不锈钢镊头一端的插针插入塑料镊臂一端的插孔中，并在插孔与插针间有粘接层。
3.如权利要求1所述的手术镊，其特征在于，所述插针和插孔的长度为1.5至3.5厘米。
