背景技术
目前，医疗诊断中经常会用到叩诊锤，对于不同的人群敲打时施加的力度大小不等并且为同一病人进行诊断室也需要采用不同的力度进行敲打，目前的叩诊锤不能调节锤头的重量，医务人员在诊断过程中需要更换大小不同的叩诊锤，为医疗工作带来了不便。且现有的叩诊锤功能较单一，有时为更好地检测患者的神经反射情况，医生在使用叩诊锤检测时通常还需使用探针，检测过程繁琐，且现有用于神经内科检测的探针的尖部较锋利，医生在使用时不好掌握力度，容易划伤患者。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的上述不足，提供新型的一种叩诊锤，通过在柄杆上设有滑块，通过滑动滑块来调节锤头的重量，这样就避免了医生诊断过程中更换不同的叩诊锤所带来的不便，同时在锤头的一端设有顶部为弧形的探针锤，这样就既避免了划伤患者又可以很好的检测神经的反射情况，因此，为医生的诊断带来了很多的方便。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：

如图1所示，本实用新型的一种叩诊锤，包括锤头1、柄杆2，所述柄杆2上设有滑块3，所述滑块3在柄杆2上滑动，所述柄杆2的后端设有把手4，所述把手4上设有防滑纹7，所述柄杆2的前端设有锤头1，所述锤头1的一端设有橡胶锤5，所述锤头1的另一端设有探针锤6，所述橡胶锤5为半球形，能够使患者感到舒适，防止划伤消除恐惧，所述探针锤6的顶部为弧形，所述把手4上设有的防滑纹7具有防滑的作用，手握时防止叩诊锤从手中脱落，所述把手4的外径大于柄杆2的外径，防止滑块3从柄杆2上滑落，锤头1一端所设有的橡胶锤5避免医生用力过大可能对患者造成伤害。诊断中，医生使用时，手握叩诊锤的把手4位置，对病人要施加力度大小不等进行敲打，通过滑动滑块3配重的位置来调节锤头1的重量，并找到合适的配重位置，当需要用较大的力度时，调整橡胶锤5为使用的锤头1面，橡胶锤5具有弹性可以缓解冲击力，这样，就避免了使力度大可能对患者造成的伤害，当对要进行神经反射检查时，使用所设计的探针锤6来进行检查，这样医生使用时会很容易操作。
