长时间低头看书和坐办公室的人员由于长期保持头颈部处于单一姿势位置，导致局部过度活动，易患颈椎病损伤局部椎间盘、韧带等,易发生颈椎病。颈椎病是指颈椎间盘退行性变、颈椎肥厚增生以及颈部损伤等引起颈椎骨质增生，或椎间盘脱出、韧带增厚，刺激或压迫颈脊髓、颈部神经、血管而产生一系列症状的临床综合征。主要表现为颈肩痛、头晕头痛、上肢麻木、肌肉萎缩、严重者双下肢痉挛、行走困难，甚至四肢麻痹，大小便障碍，出现瘫痪，严重影响人们的健康。

所述枕套中的中药填充物为：决明子2000份、川芎10-15份、防风10-15份、荆芥9-12份、川椒12-15份、当归9-17份、桂枝10-12份、秦艽10-12份、藿香10-12份、 玫瑰花10-17份、茉莉花10-17份、菊花15份、荷叶10-17份、白芷10-13份、丁香15份、石菖蒲9-15份、赤芍10份、桑叶10-15份，所述份数均为重量份。
所述普通布外层为绸缎或纯棉布。

1.一种本草保健颈椎枕，其特征在于其为圆柱形枕体，所述枕体包括枕套和装在枕套中的中药填充物（3），所述枕套由无纺布内层（1）和套装在所述无纺布内层（1）外的普通布外层（2）组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种本草保健颈椎枕，其特征在于所述普通布外层（2）为至少一端开口的筒状，开口端设置有用来收紧开口的抽绳（4）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种本草保健颈椎枕，其特征在于所述圆柱形枕体长32-36cm，直径为8cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种本草保健颈椎枕，其特征在于所述普通布外层为绸缎或纯棉布。
