Abstract
本实用新型提供的是果园碎草机。在机架前部安装有定刀和镇压滚筒，在机架上通过轴和刀轮安装有旋转切草刀，刀轮通过皮带与安装在机架上部的皮带轮相传动连接，皮带轮安装在换向箱的动力轴上，并与动力机的动力输出轴传动连接，在机架的后部安装有牵引架。由于本实用新型能够切除高出地面的杂草或种植草，保留草的根部，因而，不会破坏果园地面生态环境，而且也能将草转变为有机质和肥料，有利于促进果园生态环境的恢复和保持，有利于将草转变为有机质和肥料，产生积极的效果。适宜作为果园耕作机械应用。

本实用新型提供的是农业机械领域的果园碎草机。
背景技术
当前，果园所生长的杂草严重影响果树的生长发育，为了实现果园除草，现实所采取的措施是喷洒除草剂或是用人工拔除。其中，喷洒除草剂对生态环境有所破坏，而且容易破坏植被，引起水土流失。用人工拔草，劳动强度大，工作效率低，而且也容易破坏植被和生态环境。所以采用机械除草是需要认真解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现机械碎草，本实用新型提供了果园碎草机。该碎草机通过旋转切草刀切除杂草，解决切除杂草保留根部的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是: 在机架前部安装有定刀和镇压滚筒，在机架上通过轴和刀轮安装有旋转切草刀，刀轮通过皮带与安装在机架上部的皮带轮相传动连接，皮带轮安装在换向箱的动力轴上，并与动力机的动力输出轴传动连接，在机架的后部安装有牵引架。
积极效果，由于本实用新型能够切除高出地面的杂草或种植草，保留草的根部，因而，不会破坏果园地面生态环境，而且也能将草转变为有机质和肥料，有利于促进果园生态环境的恢复和保持。适宜作为果园耕作机械应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，在机架1前部安装有定刀8和镇压滚筒2，在机架上通过轴和刀轮6安装有旋转切草刀7，刀轮通过皮带与安装在机架上部的皮带轮5相传动连接，皮带轮安装在换向箱4的动力轴上，并与动力机的动力输出轴传动连接，在机架的后部安装有牵引架3。
本实用新型的工作过程：
用拖拉机作为行走动力和碎草机的动力，牵引架与拖拉机的牵引架连接。在拖拉机行走的同时，拖拉机动力输出轴与换向箱的动力输入轴连接，通过旋转，带动皮带轮旋转，皮带轮通过皮带带动刀轮旋转，刀轮旋转又带动切割刀旋转，将果园杂草切断并甩起，打到定刀上，继续切碎杂草，切碎后的杂草折回到地面，经由镇压滚筒压入地面土壤中。
本实用新型的特点：
本碎草机碎草时，保留草根，有利于杂草继续繁殖生长，覆盖地面，切碎后的草经过发酵腐烂，为果园土壤增加有机质和肥料。

1. 果园碎草机，其特征是：在机架（1）前部安装有定刀（8）和镇压滚筒（2），在机架上通过轴和刀轮（6）安装有旋转切草刀（7），刀轮通过皮带与安装在机架上部的皮带轮（5）相传动连接，皮带轮安装在换向箱（4）的动力轴上，并与动力机的动力输出轴传动连接，在机架的后部安装有牵引架（3）。
