本实用新型涉及一种模具，尤其涉及一种熔融金属液浇注用模具的空气排出装置。
背景技术
模具是用其特定形状成型具有一定形状、尺寸和表面精度制品的工具。它主要运用于大批量的生产上，虽然模具的生产和制造成本比较高，由于大批量生产，所以每个制品的成本就极大的降低了，因此得到了广泛的使用；其按功能用途可分为塑料模、铸型模、冲压模、锻造模及石墨电极研磨母模，其中铸型模是采用将熔融金属液体倒入模具中成型的方法，在铝合金液浇注的时候，少量的空气会随着溶液进入到模具中，这样在模具最终成型的时候局部会形成气泡，加大不良产品率的出现。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种减少产品在模具成型时形成的气泡、减少产品不良率的浇注模具的空气排出装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种浇注模具的空气排出装置，包括上模以及与上模对应的下模，所述上模与下模设有与浇注间，所述浇注间包括位于上模的上浇注间以及位于所述下模的下浇注间，所述下浇注间的底面设有若干排气凹槽。
上述的浇注模具的空气排出装置，优选的，所述排气凹槽的深度为0.5-1mm，宽度为1mm。
本实用新型的技术效果在于：在下浇注间底面设有排气凹槽，使得模具内产品最终成型时减少局部气泡的形成，减少产品不良率的出现。

如图1所示，本本实用新型提供了一种浇注模具的空气排出装置，包括上模1以及与上模1对应的下模2，所述上模1与下模2设有与浇注间3，所述浇注间3包括位于上模1的上浇注间4以及位于所述下模2的下浇注间5，所述下浇注间5的底面设有若干排气凹槽6；所述排气凹槽6的深度为0.5-1mm，宽度为1mm。
本实用新型实现具体工作时，将熔融金属液浇入浇注间3中，当熔融金属液在浇注间3中成型时，和熔融金属液一起进入模具内部的少量空气进入排气凹槽6内，使得模具内产品最终成型时减少局部气泡的形成，减少产品不良率的出现。

1.一种浇注模具的空气排出装置，包括上模（1）以及与上模（1）对应的下模（2），所述上模（1）与下模（2）设有与浇注间（3），所述浇注间（3）包括位于上模（1）的上浇注间（4）以及位于所述下模（2）的下浇注间（5），其特征在于：所述下浇注间（5）的底面设有若干排气凹槽（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浇注模具的空气排出装置，其特征在于：所述排气凹槽（6）的深度为0.5-1mm，宽度为1mm。
