本实用新型的目的是提供一种半导体芯片的灌胶模具，它将模具中容易磨损的部位用镶件代替，可以节约材料，降低了生产成本。

本具体实施方式将模具中容易磨损的部位用镶件代替，可以节约材料，降低了生产成本。
