Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种电线绝缘套管,主要克服目前电线连接处采用绝缘胶带缠裹,时间稍长会逐渐丧失粘性,变脆变硬,出现绝缘保护效果变弱问题。本实用新型包括套管、丝管、卡扣三部分,其特征是:套管采用绝缘材料,分为两段,内侧顶端带有螺纹,通过旋转两段连为一体,套管末端是卡扣。卡扣是两个不相连且带有弹性的半圆塑料管,卡扣末端外张,表面有螺纹,丝管位于卡扣外,丝管内侧有螺纹,当丝管沿卡扣表面螺纹向其末端旋转时,卡扣外张的末端受到挤压向内收缩。其效果是:套管将电线连接处保护起来,达到绝缘的目的,实用效果较好。

背景技术
目前,两根电线连接后,连接处一般采取绝缘胶带缠裹的方式进行处理,达到电线连接处与外界绝缘的目的。但在时间稍长后,绝缘胶带会逐渐丧失粘性,变脆变硬,出现绝缘保护效果变弱的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服目前电线连接处采用绝缘胶带缠裹,时间稍长绝缘胶带会逐渐丧失粘性,变脆变硬,出现绝缘保护效果变弱问题,提供一种电线绝缘套管。
技术方案,本实用新型包括套管、丝管、卡扣三部分,其特征是:套管采用绝缘材料,分为两段,内侧顶端带有螺纹,通过旋转两段连为一体,套管末端是卡扣。卡扣是两个不相连且带有弹性的半圆塑料管,卡扣末端外张,表面有螺纹,丝管位于卡扣外,丝管内侧有螺纹,当丝管沿卡扣表面螺纹向其末端旋转时,卡扣外张的末端受到挤压向内收缩。
本实用新型的积极效果是:套管将电线连接处保护起来,不需要再缠绕绝缘胶带,就可以达到绝缘的效果,同时,在丝管的旋转下,卡扣受到挤压向内收缩,将套管固定住电线上,实用效果较好。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述,使用者将套管1拧开,分别套入需要连接的两段电线,电线连接完毕后,转动两段套管1,将其旋为一体后,套管1将电线连接处与外界隔绝,丝管2向卡扣3末端旋转,卡扣3末端向内挤压收缩,将套管1固定住电线上。

1.一种电线绝缘套管,其特征是:包括套管(1)、丝管(2)、卡扣(3)三部分,套管(1)采用绝缘材料,分为两段,内侧顶端带有螺纹,通过旋转两段连为一体,套管(1)末端是卡扣(3),卡扣(3)是两个不相连且带有弹性的半圆塑料管,卡扣(3)末端外张,表面有螺纹,丝管(2)位于卡扣(3)外,丝管(2)内侧有螺纹,当丝管(2)沿卡扣(3)表面螺纹向其末端旋转时,卡扣(3)外张的末端受到挤压向内收缩。
