目前，人们使用的烹调器内的蒸架，一般都是大小固定的，这样若烹调器较小，蒸架就无法放入其内部，若烹调器较大，则不利于蒸架的平衡，在蒸菜时容易倾斜，所以到目前为止，还没有可适合不同大小烹调器使用的蒸架。

如图1所示的本实用新型的大小可变的蒸架，它包括蒸台A，所述蒸台A设置有插管B，插管B与蒸台A最好是焊接固定，插管B可插入插脚，如图2、3所示的插脚，所述插脚的两插杆外径最好略小于插管B管孔的内径，插脚从蒸台A外侧插入插管B时，插得越深则整个蒸架的外形就越小，反之就越大。
