Abstract

本实用新型涉及到一种多件装夹装置，特别是一些小零件，需要结构紧凑、简单、体积小，又能多件同时压紧的装置。用较硬的橡胶代替金属压块，利用橡胶的弹性变形来克服各工件厚度尺寸不一致所造成的问题，达到多工件同时夹紧目的。用很少的零件就可以保证多个工件同时夹紧。使夹具结构更为简单、可靠，降低成本。

本实用新型涉及到一种多件同时装夹的夹具装置，特别是一些小零件，需要结构紧凑、简单、体积小，又能多件同时压紧的多件装夹装置。 
背景技术
目前，公知的多件同时装夹的夹具装置，是由一些零、部件组成的联动机构，将多个工件同时夹紧，但是，对于一些小零件，其结构空间特小，根本无法布置夹紧机构，只能装夹少量的几个工件，结构复杂，零部件多，可靠性低，成本高。 
发明内容
为了克服现有多件同时装夹的夹具装置结构复杂，零部件多，可靠性低，成本高的不足，本实用新型提供一种多件同时装夹的夹具装置，可以使多件同时装夹的夹具装置非常简单。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：用较硬的橡胶代替金属压块，利用橡胶的弹性变形来克服各工件厚度尺寸不一致所造成的问题，达到多工件同时夹紧目的。本实用新型的有益效果是，用很少的零件就可以保证多个工件同时夹紧。使夹具结构更为简单、可靠，降低成本。

具体实施方式
当螺栓（3）压紧压板（4）时，将压紧力分别传递给各个橡胶（2）和工件（1），由橡胶的弹性变形确保每个工件都被夹紧。

1.多件装夹装置，包括橡胶，压板，定位板，其特征是：当夹紧力使压板压紧时，压板使多个橡胶弹性变形，用橡胶的不同变形量压紧各个工件，达到多工件同时夹紧目的。
