技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水囊引产器的改进,具体地说是一种防水囊脱出引产器。
背景技术
人工终止妊娠是避孕失败的补救措施,当胎儿已12-24周终止时,应采取引产的方法。目前,临床上常用的引产方法,一般用利凡诺引产和水囊引产法,采取利凡诺药物引产,虽成功率较高,但也有适应性差的不足,如患有急性传染病或急、慢性心、肝、肾疾病者不能采用;采用水囊引产法,在向水囊注生理盐水时,比较麻烦,费时费力,水囊与橡胶管的连接处也容易漏水,增加了鉴别漏水与羊水的难度,水囊还有易脱出的问题,使引产失败。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防水囊脱出,适应性强,注水简单,省时省力,引产成功率高的防水囊脱出引产器。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:该防水囊脱出引产器,由水囊、橡皮管构成,水囊与橡皮管的一端连为一体,其特征在于在橡皮管上设气囊,充气管一端与气囊连接,另一端设橡皮塞,橡皮管的另一端连接玻璃管后,插入注水装置的无菌盐水瓶内。本实用新型还通过如下措施实施:所述的注水装置,由无菌盐水瓶、12号针头、进气管、充气球构成,进气管一端连接12号针头后插入无菌盐水瓶内,另一端与充气球相接。使用本实用新型时,先将无菌盐水加注无菌盐水瓶内,然后将消毒好的水囊经宫颈口送入宫腔一侧,使水囊置于子宫壁与脱膜囊之间,水囊在子宫内放置合适后,医务人员操作充气球,向无菌盐水瓶内充气,无菌盐水在气压的作用下,经玻璃管、橡皮管进入水囊内,当用量达到要求时,停止操作充气球,同时将12号针头从无菌盐水瓶上拔出,插入气囊的橡皮塞,把气囊安放在宫颈口后,用充气球向气囊内充气,气囊鼓起防止水囊自动脱出。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:与目前的水囊引产法相比,不仅具有防水囊脱出的功能,而且还具有适应性强,注水简单,省时省力,引产成功率高的优点。

参照附图1制作本实用新型。该防水囊脱出引产器,由水囊1、橡皮管2构成,水囊1与橡皮管2的一端连为一体,其特征在于在橡皮管2上设气囊3,充气管4一端与气囊3连接,另一端设橡皮塞5,橡皮管2的另一端连接玻璃管6后,插入注水装置7的无菌盐水瓶7a内。所述的注水装置7,由无菌盐水瓶7a、12号针头7b、进气管7c、充气球7d构成,进气管7c一端连接12号针头7b后插入无菌盐水瓶7a内,另一端与充气球7d相接。

1.一种防水囊脱出引产器,由水囊(1)、橡皮管(2)构成,水囊(1)与橡皮管(2)的一端连为一体,其特征在于在橡皮管(2)上设气囊(3),充气管(4)一端与气囊(3)连接,另一端设橡皮塞(5),橡皮管(2)的另一端连接玻璃管(6)后,插入注水装置(7)的无菌盐水瓶(7a)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水囊脱出引产器,其特征在于所述的注水装置7,由无菌盐水瓶(7a)、12号针头(7b)、进气管(7c)、充气球(7d)构成,进气管(7c)一端连接12号针头(7b)后插入无菌盐水瓶(7a)内,另一端与充气球(7d)相接。
