本实用新型涉及一种电接触元件,尤其涉及一种大电流接触桥。
背景技术
众所周知,电接触元件广泛用于各种电器开关,尤其是在航空、航天领域电接触元件往往用于大电流的通过和承受,所以也称为大电流接触桥。目前的大电流接触桥,都是采用在铜基体元件上焊接一银或银合金接触圆片,存在着由于焊接产生气孔、夹渣、未焊透的因素,造成电阻增大,产品一致性差,电接触性能不稳定的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种产品一致性好,电接触性能稳定的大电流接触桥。其具体技术方案为:大电流接触桥包括铜基体元件、银或银合金接触片,铜基体元件上表面对应开有两道槽孔,银或银合金接触片镶嵌并经轧制固定于槽孔中。
从本实用新型的技术方案可以看出,由于将银或银合金接触片镶嵌并经轧制后固定于铜基体元件的槽孔中,使其产品的一致性好,同时由于银或银合金片与铜基体元件接合紧密,其电接触性能也能大大提高,完全实现了本实用新型的发明目的。
