 本实用新型涉及一种电工工具，尤其是一种能够带电清除导线上风筝的万向切割器。
背景技术
放风筝断线是常有的事，断线的风筝到处乱飞，其中有的就挂在了电线上，更有一部分同时挂在两条电线上，如不及时清除，在雨雪天很容易造成电线短路，是供电安全的一大隐患。过去清除电线上的风筝，需要停电操作。因此，设计一种带电清除导线上风筝的万向切割器，是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带电清除导线上风筝的万向切割器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：
万向切割器，由绝缘杆和万向切割头通过螺栓连接而成，所述的万向切割头为用锰钢薄板制作的多棱刀，在绝缘杆上端部设有“U”型槽，“U”型槽的宽度与刀把的的厚度匹配，刀把插装在绝缘杆上端部的“U”型槽内，在刀把与绝缘杆上端部的“U”型槽的侧壁上均钻有直径与螺栓直径匹配的螺栓通过孔，万向切割头与绝缘杆用螺栓固定。
与现有技术相比，该万向切割器具有多个切割面，方便不同角度的切割作业，使用方便。
