本实用新型涉及一种自动化设备，具体地说是一种自动喷油设备。 
背景技术
喷油工序是指在工业产品的表面喷涂镀膜，一般采用手工喷涂即可完成。然而，手工喷涂的效率低下，质量不稳定，特别是一些对膜厚要求较高小产品，采用手工喷涂很难保证均匀的膜厚，导致废品率居高，无法满足量产需求。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够保证喷油膜厚精度的自动喷油设备。 
为达到上述目的，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：自动喷油设备，包括方架、工作台面、纵向导轨、横向导轨、喷枪、横向电机、纵向电机和控制箱，方架中部水平设有工作台面；方架顶部纵向设有左右对称的纵向导轨；纵向导轨上横向设有横向导轨；横向导轨上垂直设有喷枪；方架旁侧设有控制箱；喷枪在横向电机的驱动下沿横向导轨移动；横向导轨在纵向电机的驱动下沿纵向导轨移动；横向电机、纵向电机均与控制箱电性连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用上述结构，控制箱通过自动控制横向电机和纵向电机，进而自动控制喷枪的位置及喷油时间，达到自动喷油的目的，实现高效生产；由于无需人工参与，全自动化工作，喷油膜厚精度得以保证，质量稳定。本实用新型设计新颖，结构合理，实现高效自动化喷油的同时，有效保证喷油膜厚精度，质量稳定，生产优率较高，具有良好的推广价值。
