本实用新型涉及一种家用厨房炊具,具体是一种节能燃气灶。
背景技术
目前,居民家中使用的燃气灶多为普通的燃气灶,只能简单地调节燃气进量和进风口的大小来调节火力的大小。普通的燃气灶在使用时还存在如下缺点。一、由于空气进入气室后,由于燃气的压力大,燃气窜入燃烧膛内,燃气与空气的混合不充分,燃烧不彻底,浪费资源。如果空气使用风机引入,空气进量不能调节,使得空气与燃气的混合气快速上升,火苗迅速上窜,存在使用安全隐患。二、当燃气燃烧时没有辅助的气体补充,火焰燃烧不充分容易产生黑烟,燃气利用率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为解决现有技术存在的问题,而设计了一种节能燃气灶,适应家庭燃气使用现状,方便人们的生活和并能满足环保要求。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种节能燃气灶,包括与燃气管连通的灶体、支架和点火器等,灶体包括进气室和燃烧膛,燃烧膛内设置蜂窝型燃烧器,所述进气室设有鼓风装置,所述鼓风装置包括有风机和输气管,输气管一端和风机连通;所述输气管另一端通过输气管分别与燃烧器和进气室相通;进气室的顶部设有透风板,透风板上分布有若干小孔。
为了能调节进气室的空气进入量,所述透风板上设有可逐步调节通孔数量的挡风片。
为了能充分燃烧,所述燃烧器下部中间为空心结构形成空气预混预热区。
本实用新型的有益效果为:由于上述进气室设有鼓风装置,鼓风装置包括有风机和输气管,输气管一端和风机连通;所述输气管另一端通过输气管分别与燃烧器和进气室相通;进气室的顶部设有透风板,透风板上分布有若干小孔,增加了空气的进气量,同时又有补充空气进入燃烧膛内,给燃气提供充足的空气,燃烧充分。本实用新型结构通用性好,可广泛适用于各种燃气的使用,与现有技术相比,具有一定的进步和实用性。
