Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种结构简单、实用性强的新型双管气管插管，在气管插管内部设置一内管，在衔接口下方的气管插管壁上设置一插管卡槽，内管通过插管卡槽固定在气管插管壁上，内管长度大于气管插管，并延伸至气管插管的外部，充气囊位于气管插管末端并与充气管连接，该发明内管与气管插管分离，可以在临床应用中发生痰痂堵管或吸痰不彻底的情况时，只将内管单独抽出进行清洗消毒或更换，可大大降低患者痛苦，提高医务人员工作效率，具有结构简单，制作成本地的特点，有显著的临床实用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域，具体地说是一种结构简单、实用性强的新型双管气管插管。
背景技术
在临床医学领域中，气管插管是一种应用比较广泛的器材，而目前使用的大多都是传统的气管插管，虽说技术比较成熟但还是存在一些弊端，比如在使用的时候插管经常会出现痰痂堵管的现象，吸痰管和气管插管管壁也容易产生摩擦，形成较大阻力，使吸痰管不易插入从而导致吸痰不彻底，而在堵管或吸痰不彻底时就必须另外更换插管，从新进行插管，这样不仅加大了患者的痛苦，还使医护人员的工作量加大，也增加了一些并发症发病的几率，实用性有所欠缺。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单、实用性强的新型双管气管插管。
本发明是这样实现的：在气管插管内部设置一内管，在衔接口下方的气管插管壁上设置一插管卡槽，内管通过插管卡槽固定在气管插管壁上，内管长度大于气管插管，并延伸至气管插管的外部，充气囊位于气管插管末端并与充气管连接。
发明的有益效果是：本发明公开的新型双管气管插管，内管与气管插管分离，在发生痰痂堵管或吸痰不彻底时，可只将内管抽出进行清洗消毒或更换，避免了因担心痰痂堵管而必须进行的气管切开，同时也减少了因吸痰不彻底而造成的感染和并发症，降低了患者痛苦，提高了医务人员工作效率，且结构简单，使用方便，具有显著的临床实用价值。

具体实施方式
如图所示，在气管插管2内部设置一内管1，在衔接口6下方的气管插管2壁上设置一插管卡槽3，内管1通过插管卡槽3固定在气管插管2壁上，内管1长度大于气管插管2，并延伸至气管插管2的外部，充气囊5位于气管插管2末端并与充气管4连接。。
本发明的有益效果是，内管1与气管插管2分离，在发生痰痂堵管或吸痰不彻底的情况下，内管1可以在应用中独立拆下清洗消毒或更换，从而可避免痰痂堵管而必须进行的气管切开，同时也减少了因吸痰不彻底而造成的感染和其他并发症，可以大大降低患者痛苦，提高医护工作效率，且结构简单，使用方便，具有显著的临床实用价值。

1.一种新型双管结构气管插管，其特征在于，气管插管内部设置一内管，在衔接口下方的气管插管壁上设置一插管卡槽，内管通过插管卡槽固定在气管插管壁上，内管长度大于气管插管，并延伸至气管插管的外部，充气囊位于气管插管末端并与充气管连接。
