本实用新型涉及纺织用转动式锭子。
背景技术
现有技术中，纺织用的锭子由一个空心锭杆组成，空心锭杆的下部带有安装座，安装座通过两个轴承与空心锭杆可转动连接，通过传动轮带动空心锭杆转动，使得装在空心锭杆上的绕线轮与空心锭杆同步转动，可以完成加捻、假捻、包裹等纺织工序，由于空心锭杆的形状不变，因此需要与专门的绕线轮相配合，此种结构绕线轮容易出现晃动现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种纺织用转动式锭子，由于外转筒可相对于空心锭杆转动，直接进行加捻、假捻、缠绕等，并且筒纱的纱线容量大。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
纺织用转动式锭子，包括有前、后两端的固定座，所述固定座内分别设有轴承，轴承内安装有空心锭杆，空心锭杆内设有通道，空心锭杆外套装有外转筒，外转筒外套装有纱筒。
所述的外转筒与纱筒之间设有衬套，衬套与纱筒之间为锥面配合。
本实用新型采用螺母将纱筒固定于外转筒上，由于外转筒可相对于空心锭杆转动，直接进行加捻、假捻、缠绕等，并且筒纱的纱线容量大。

1.纺织用转动式锭子，包括有前、后两端的固定座，其特征在于：所述固定座内分别设有轴承，轴承内安装有空心锭杆，空心锭杆内设有通道，空心锭杆外套装有外转筒，外转筒外套装有纱筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织用转动式锭子，其特征在于：所述的外转筒与纱筒之间设有衬套，衬套与纱筒之间为锥面配合。
