本实用新型涉及一种高压适配器屏蔽连接装置，包括压接套筒(1)、连接铜线(2)、屏蔽线束(3)、低压注塑体(4)、屏蔽壳体(5)、螺栓(6)，压接套筒(1)设在屏蔽壳体(5)内，连接铜线(2)经螺栓(6)连接在压接套筒(1)的端部，屏蔽线束(3)与连接铜线(2)连接，低压注塑体(4)固定在屏蔽壳体(5)的端部，屏蔽线束(3)经低压注塑体(4)密封固定。与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有接触方式可靠、固定方式多样、成本低廉等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接装置，尤其是涉及一种高压适配器屏蔽连接装置。
背景技术
在纯电动车或混合动力汽车中，一些承载高电压大电流的零件都需要有电磁屏蔽，目前采用的方法大部分是用屏蔽线束中的屏蔽网与一金属零件压接后，装配到对应的连接器中。主要缺陷是由于零件加工误差及装配公差叠加后可能导致接触不充分，影响屏蔽效果，同时需要零件的精度要求较高，使成本增加。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种接触方式可靠、固定方式多样、成本低廉的高压适配器屏蔽连接装置。

本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种高压适配器屏蔽连接装置，包括压接套筒、连接铜线、屏蔽线束、低压注塑体、屏蔽壳体、螺栓，所述的压接套筒设在屏蔽壳体内，所述的连接铜线经螺栓连接在压接套筒的端部，所述的屏蔽线束与连接铜线连接，所述的低压注塑体固定在屏蔽壳体的端部，屏蔽线束经低压注塑体密封固定。
所述的连接铜线经焊锡连接在压接套筒上。
通过连接铜线使屏蔽连接点的位置可以有更多的选择，降低生产装配难度及成本。
通过压接套筒将连接铜线与屏蔽线束连接，通过低压注塑使其密封，连接铜线通过螺栓或焊接与屏蔽壳体连接，实现屏蔽作用。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：
(1)接触方式可靠，固定方式多样，可以用螺栓固定，也可以焊接。
(2)连接点的位置较自由，可以根据需要方便调整。
(3)成本低廉。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例
一种高压适配器屏蔽连接装置，其结构如图1-3所示，包括压接套筒1、连接铜线2、屏蔽线束3、低压注塑体4、屏蔽壳体5、螺栓6，压接套筒1设在屏蔽壳体5内，连接铜线2经螺栓6连接在压接套筒1的端部，或者是通过焊锡连接在压接套筒1上。屏蔽线束3与连接铜线2连接，所述的压注塑体4固定在屏蔽壳体5的端部，屏蔽线束3经低压注塑体4密封固定。
通过连接铜线2使屏蔽连接点的位置可以有更多的选择，降低生产装配难度及成本。本实用新型的工作原理为：压接套筒1将连接铜线2与屏蔽线束3连接，通过低压注塑体4使其密封，连接铜线2通过螺栓6或焊接与屏蔽壳体5连接，实现屏蔽作用。

1.一种高压适配器屏蔽连接装置，其特征在于，包括压接套筒(1)、连接铜线(2)、屏蔽线束(3)、低压注塑体(4)、屏蔽壳体(5)、螺栓(6)，所述的压接套筒(1)设在屏蔽壳体(5)内，所述的连接铜线(2)经螺栓(6)连接在压接套筒(1)的端部，所述的屏蔽线束(3)与连接铜线(2)连接，所述的低压注塑体(4)固定在屏蔽壳体(5)的端部，屏蔽线束(3)经低压注塑体(4)密封固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压适配器屏蔽连接装置，其特征在于，所述的连接铜线(2)经焊锡连接在压接套筒(1)上。
