Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种双臂活动器械，包括支架、套装在支架上的并可绕支架转动的弯杆、套装在弯杆上的可绕弯杆转动的连杆以及设置在连杆上的手握板。使用本实用新型时，只要将双手分别放在对称设置的左右两个手握板上，转动双臂即可。由于和手握板相连接的连杆可绕弯杆转动，弯杆可绕支架转动，这样可使双臂在一个平面内作划弧运动，从而达到活动双肩的目的，可有效降低肩周炎的发病率。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种通过运动双臂可使肩部肌肉放松的、有效降低肩周炎发病率的双臂活动器械。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型包括支架、套装在支架上的并可绕支架转动的弯杆、套装在弯杆上的可绕弯杆转动的连杆以及设置在连杆上的手握板。
本实用新型的积极效果如下：
