本实用新型为球面密封蝶阀，解决已有蝶阀启闭困难，维修更换阀轴或蝶板不便的问题。阀体（4）上的密封圈（6）与压圈（7）连接，压圈（7）与阀体（4）连接，蝶板（3）的密封面为球面，与密封圈（6）形成密封副，蝶板（3）有轴套通过销（2）与阀轴（1）固连，销（2）的一端有锥形头与蝶板（3）的锥形销座密封配合，销（2）的另一端穿过轴套和阀轴（1）上的孔与螺栓（5）螺纹连接，螺栓（5）的螺帽压紧轴套。

技术领域：
本实用新型与蝶阀有关，尤其与城镇供排水系统用软密封蝶阀有关。
背景技术：
已有的供排水系统用蝶阀，通过压缩镶嵌在阀体或蝶板上的橡胶密封圈产生过盈量来实现密封，蝶板启、闭的过程中，因密封圈过盈量大，造成启闭困难，密封圈易损坏脱落，使用寿命低。一般蝶阀蝶板与阀轴靠销轴连接，不能拆卸，维护困难。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种启、闭力矩低，密封性能好、使用寿命长、蝶板可拆卸维修的球面密封蝶阀。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
本实用新型球面密封蝶阀，阀体4上的密封圈6与压圈7连接，压圈7与阀体4连接，蝶板3的密封面为球面，与密封圈6形成密封副，蝶板3有轴套通过销2与阀轴1固连，销2的一端有锥形头与蝶板3的锥形销座密封配合，销2的另一端穿过轴套和阀轴1上的孔与螺栓5螺纹连接，螺栓5的螺帽压紧轴套。
本实用新型有如下优点：
一、蝶板的密封面为球面，蝶板启闭时，蝶板密封面沿球面旋转，蝶板启闭的过程中，密封圈的压缩过盈量保持不变，密封圈紧贴在蝶板的密封面上，阀门启闭轻便灵活、密封性能好。
二、由于蝶板和密封圈过盈量均匀不变，使蝶板在启闭过程中磨损小，延长了阀门使用寿命。
三、阀轴和蝶板可拆卸，可方便地将阀轴、蝶板、密封圈等拆卸更换维修。
四、应用范围广，球面密封蝶阀系列产品，可满足城镇供排水系统不同通径和不同压力的使用需要。

具体实施方式：
阀体4有由压圈7固定的密封圈6，压圈7与阀体4连接，蝶板3与阀轴1固连，阀轴1带动蝶板3转动，当蝶板3的密封球面与阀座密封圈6贴合后，形成密封副，截断输送介质。当蝶板3的密封球面离开阀座密封圈6后，接通输送介质。
蝶板3的轴套与阀轴1由销2和螺栓5固连。销2带锥形密封面B，阀门全关时可防止介质通过销孔内漏。当需维修阀轴1或蝶板3时，退下螺栓5，取出销2即可拆下阀轴1和蝶板3。
本实用新型的阀体4左右端面有在同一轴线的连接法兰，阀门与管道可采用螺栓或螺母连接。
本实用新型球面密封蝶阀系列产品可满足城镇供排水系统不同通径和不同压力的使用要求。

1.球面密封蝶阀，其特征在于阀体（4）上的密封圈（6）与压圈（7）连接，压圈（7）与阀体（4）连接，蝶板（3）的密封面为球面，与密封圈（6）形成密封副，蝶板（3）有轴套通过销（2）与阀轴（1）固连，销（2）的一端有锥形头与蝶板（3）的锥形销座密封配合，销（2）的另一端穿过轴套和阀轴（1）上的孔与螺栓（5）螺纹连接，螺栓（5）的螺帽压紧轴套。
