背景技术:
现有的滤袋式除尘器,其滤袋都是圆形,为了使滤袋不被负压压扁,在袋内安装有框架,在滤袋外面没有设置框架。这种传统滤袋结构的缺点是滤袋之间的空隙大,滤袋仓体积庞大,平均每立方米的滤袋过滤面积仅能达到6-8平方米。造成袋式除尘器体积庞大、耗用钢材多,不适合在狭小场地安装使用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够数倍缩小滤袋式除尘器体积的连体折叠形扁滤袋。

结合以上附图详细描述实施例。如图所示,本实用新型是使用滤布1缝制成折叠形上下连体的扁滤袋,在各扁滤袋内部分别安装有内框架2,在各扁滤袋之间分别安装有外框架3。这种结构在采用内滤式时,由于有外框架的隔离支撑,可避免滤袋内受负压气流作用被压挤在一起,影响过滤;逆向气流清灰时,内框架起到支撑作用,灰尘会顺利落下。采用外滤式时,内框架起到支撑作用,确保滤袋不被挤在一起,保证除尘器正常工作,逆向气流清灰时,外框架起到隔离作用,保证灰尘顺利下落。提高单位体积内过滤面积5-8倍,给滤袋式除尘器的运输、安装和使用带来了很大方便,同时提高滤袋式除尘器的使用范围。
