本实用新型涉及一种压迫沙袋的改进，具体地说是一种胸廓改形术后气压沙袋，适用于病人胸廓改形术后，防止反常呼吸。
背景技术
病人胸廓改形术，主要是将脓腔相应的肋骨切除，切除后胸廓失去支持，易出现反常呼吸，引起病人气促、呼吸困难，紫钳或休克。为解决以上问题，目前，术后一般将病人患侧胸部用纱布垫或绷带包扎，也有的用沙袋加压，促使患处胸壁塌陷闭合脓腔和防止反常呼吸。上述解决方法，现虽普遍应用，但也存有不足：一是包扎比较麻烦，费时费力，而且松紧度也难以掌握；二是直接放置沙袋加压，沙袋病人翻身活动易脱落，失去压迫作用，并存有不卫生，切口易感染的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用方便，省时省力，松紧度易掌握，沙袋固定牢固，安全卫生，避免切口感染，压迫效果好的胸廓改形术后气压沙袋。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：该胸廓改形术后气压沙袋，由沙袋构成，其特征在于沙袋装入沙袋套内，沙袋套的上方设拉链，两侧设固定带，固定带上 设尼龙扣，沙袋套的内侧粘贴上加压装置的气囊。本实用新型还通过如下措施实施：所述的加压装置，由气囊、充气管、充气球构成，充气管一端与气囊连接，另一端与充气球相接。使用本实用新型时，先将沙袋套上方的拉链拉开，装上沙袋，而后拉住拉链，防止沙袋掉出，再将固定带绕病人胸部，用尼龙扣连接固定，然后操作充气球，向气囊内充气，使气囊膨胀给沙袋加压，促使病人患处胸壁塌陷闭合脓腔和防止反常呼吸。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：与目前用沙布垫、绷带和沙袋加压相比，具有使用方便，省时省力，松紧度易掌握，沙袋固定牢固，安全卫生，避免切口感染，压迫效果好的优点。

参照附图1制作本实用新型。该胸廓改形术后气压沙袋，由沙袋1构成，其特征在于沙袋1装入沙袋套2内，沙袋套2的上方设拉链3，两侧设固定带4，固定带4上设尼龙扣5，沙袋套2的内侧粘贴上加压装置6的气囊6a。所述的加压装置6，由气囊6a、充气管6b、充气球6c构成，充气管6b一端与气囊6a连接，另一端与充气球6c相接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的胸廓改形术后气压沙袋，其特征在于所述的加压装置(6)，由气囊(6a)、充气管(6b)、充气球(6c)构成，充气管(6b)一端与气囊(6a)连接，另一端与充气球(6c)相接。
