技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种由双面聚合形成的眩光玻璃。
背景技术
目前,市场上所谓的3D立体玻璃均是采用柱面光栅狭缝光栅方式做成。应用较为广泛的是直接在玻璃表面蚀刻成柱面光栅层或者直接贴柱面光栅膜或者通过与玻璃结合的树脂层压延成光栅膜,玻璃的另一面印刷或粘贴图案层,如专利ZL200420023947.6 、ZL01239284.7和ZL93226664.9,该类产品存在多次擦洗后光栅膜层透明性降低,光栅膜层和图案层与玻璃脱离等问题,产品寿命较短;另一种方式则是在玻璃表面蚀刻或雕刻出平行均匀相隔的砂面条纹,形成类似狭缝光栅,然后将图案至于玻璃另一面,利用狭缝光栅原理产生立体效果,如专利ZL200320119252.3,该产品立体效果的观察视角较窄,视距有限制,且图案清晰度低,目前已较少应用。还有更简单的方法就是将光栅图案膜直接紧贴在玻璃的表面,然后四周用胶带封边固定等等。这些产品仅仅是把以塑料基材上制作的画面转移到玻璃基材上,虽然也能够产生立体的效果。但是仅作为单一玻璃画作用,不仅掩盖了玻璃特有的晶莹剔透性能,产生的也始终是单调的,呆板的视觉,无法更广泛的应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有全视角立体眩光视觉效果由双面聚合形成的眩光玻璃。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种由双面聚合形成的眩光玻璃,包括玻璃板基体和光栅层,所述光栅层包括分别相对应设置于玻璃板基体两面的光栅层A和光栅层B,光栅层A和光栅层B为透明面,所述玻璃板基体两面的光栅层A和光栅层B之外的区域为不透明面。
所述光栅为矩阵光栅、柱状光栅、狭缝光栅或三种光栅结合。
本实用新型结构简单,立体眩光效果永远不减弱,视觉效果强烈,既具有极高的美观性和可欣赏性,又进一步提高艺术价值,极大拓宽了立体玻璃的应用领域。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1、图2、图3所示,在透明浮法玻璃1的两个表面分别对图案A2和图案B3进行保护,然后经过特殊工艺加工处理后,除掉保护层,形成在透明浮法玻璃1的一表面的图案A2为透明面,图案A2余下区域为不透明面4;在透明浮法玻璃1的另一表面的图案B3也为透明面,图案B3余下区域为不透明面4,图案A2设置的位置和图案B3设置的位置相对应。 
其中图案A2和图案B3通过专业技术处理,微观上由不同形状的小图案以矩阵方式构成,或者以不同方向的直线或与和曲线构成,并且点数和线数匹配。
实施例2:如图1、图2、图3所示,在双面均有雾度的玻璃1的两面,分别将专业技术处理后的图案A2和图案B3通过特定工艺直接在玻璃上做成透明光栅层,两图案余下区域仍为不透明面4,图案A2设置的位置和图案B3设置的位置相对应。 
其中图案A2和图案B3通过专业技术处理。
实施例3:如图1、图2、图3所示,在透明浮法玻璃1的两个表面分别进行图案A2和B3压延加工处理,处理后的透明浮法玻璃1一表面上图案A2为透明面,图案A2余下区域为不透明面4;在透明浮法玻璃1的另一表面的图案B3也为透明面,图案B3余下区域为不透明面4,图案A2设置的位置和图案B3设置的位置相对应。
其中图案A2和图案B3通过专业技术处理。
这样光栅层图案A2和图案B3通过两面叠加聚合效应,产生放大和炫光效果。本实用新型中,光栅层可以通过蚀刻或喷砂或印刷或压延等方式加工于玻璃板基体表面。

1.一种由双面聚合形成的眩光玻璃,包括玻璃板基体和光栅层,其特征在于,所述光栅层包括分别相对应设置于玻璃板基体两面的光栅层A和光栅层B,光栅层A和光栅层B为透明面,所述玻璃板基体两面的光栅层A和光栅层B之外的区域为不透明面。
2.如权利要求1所述的由双面聚合形成的眩光玻璃,其特征在于,所述光栅为矩阵光栅、柱状光栅、狭缝光栅或三种光栅结合。
