背景技术
传统内螺纹的加工方法是先用合适的钻头加工好螺纹底孔，然后再用丝锥去攻制螺纹，其缺点在于：工序分散，所需的机床和工序较多，更换钻头和丝锥的次数频繁，不仅生产率低，而且换刀后钻头和丝锥的同轴度难以保证，影响产品质量，在生产上造成诸多不便。

本实用新型的目的是提出一种钻攻一体复合丝锥，可以有效提高加工内螺纹的工作效率，在保证产品质量的同时，还能够降低生产成本。
本实用新型的钻攻一体复合丝锥包括柄部和刃部，关键在于所述刃部由其端部的钻头和靠近柄部的丝锥构成。

进一步地，所述钻头和丝锥由刃部沿其轴向设置的同一螺旋形槽构成。螺旋槽丝锥具有大切削前角，切削轻快，扭矩小，可以避免由于切削堵塞造成崩刃和划伤工件，攻丝质量好，而且钻头和丝锥具有相同的排屑槽，排屑顺畅，有利于保证产品质量。

复合丝锥的刃部2采用钻头3与丝锥4的组合形式，在钻孔之后无需换刀即可实现攻制螺纹，把分散的工序合理集中，缩短了工序数目，简化了流程，省却了装夹换刀时间，减少了专用机床和专用夹具的数目，缩短了生产线，简化了装备设计，提高了生产效率；而且钻攻一体的结构还保证了其加工的精度，从而保证了产品质量。

1.一种钻攻一体复合丝锥，包括柄部和刃部，其特征在于所述刃部由其端部的钻头和靠近柄部的丝锥构成。
