给病人做胃镜活检后需要将标本放入标本瓶中，然后加固定液暂存。在进行下一步的脱水、透明、浸蜡等标本处理时需要将标本从固定液内取出，由于标本颗粒较小，用镊子将这些标本一粒粒的夹出来比较困难，操作比较麻烦，并且容易将固定好的细胞夹挤变形，影响病理诊断结果。
