一种太阳能灶,由太阳聚光装置、太阳能集热器、热管、夹层灶组成,所述的太阳能集热器用支架连接在太阳聚光装置主光轴上的焦点位置,热管的蒸发段安装吸热翅片并套入无镀膜全玻璃真空管内,热管的冷凝段与室内的夹层灶相连接,太阳能集热器从太阳聚光装置上采集的热使热管内的高温导热介质加热,受热后的导热介质蒸发后变成汽态,通过热管的冷凝段传递到室内夹层灶的夹层内,由夹层灶直接传给灶具加热食物,本实用新型设计新颖、结构合理、热效率高,采取热传递的方式安装在室内,使用安全方便。

本实用新型属于太阳能应用技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能灶。
背景技术
目前发展新型能源,减少环境污染已经成为当今世界的共识,太阳能热利用技术已经得到广泛的利用,太阳能灶便是一种利用形式,人们常用的聚光式太阳灶是将较大面积的阳光聚焦到锅底,使温度升高,以满足炊事要求,虽然这种太阳能灶热效率较高,但是这种结构太阳能灶的灶体与锅架连在一体,只能用于室外不能用于室内,使用既不安全也不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对以上存在的不足,提供一种用高温导热介质将所收集到的热量通过热管传递到厨房的太阳能灶。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:一种太阳能灶,由太阳聚光装置、太阳能集热器、热管、夹层灶组成,所述的太阳能集热器用支架连接在太阳聚光装置主光轴上的焦点位置,太阳能集热器包括无镀膜全玻璃真空管、热管和吸热翅片,热管的蒸发段安装吸热翅片并套入无镀膜全玻璃真空管内,吸热翅片外侧镀选择性吸收涂层,热管的冷凝段与室内的夹层灶相连接,夹层灶内为封闭空腔,四周包隔热材料,由热管把太阳能集热器和夹层灶连接成一个封闭的循环系统,太阳能集热器从太阳聚光装置上采集的热使热管内的高温导热介质加热到300-400℃,受热后的导热介质蒸发后变成汽态,通过热管的冷凝段传递到室内夹层灶的夹层内,由夹层灶直接传给灶具加热食物,与被加热的食物交换热后,汽态的导热介质冷凝变成液态回流至热管的蒸发段再吸热,再吸热后的导热介质再蒸发,循环往复,达到正常使用的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果:设计新颖、结构合理、热效率高,采取热传递的方式安装在室内,使用安全方便。

如图所示:本实用新型所述一种太阳能灶,所述的太阳能集热器用支架2连接在太阳聚光装置1主光轴上的焦点位置,太阳能集热器包括无镀膜全玻璃真空管8、热管3和吸热翅片4,热管3的蒸发段安装吸热翅片4并套入无镀膜全玻璃真空管8内,吸热翅片4外侧镀选择性吸收涂层,热管3的冷凝段与室内的夹层灶6相连接,夹层灶6内为封闭空腔,四周包隔热材料,由热管3把太阳能集热器和夹层灶6连接成一个封闭的循环系统,太阳能集热器从太阳聚光装置1上采集的热使热管3内的高温导热介质加热到300-400℃,受热后的导热介质蒸发后变成汽态,通过热管3的冷凝段传递到室内夹层灶6的夹层内,由夹层灶6直接传给灶具5加热食物,与被加热的食物交换热后,汽态的导热介质冷凝变成液态回流至热管3的蒸发段再吸热,再吸热后的导热介质再蒸发,循环往复,达到正常使用的目的。

1.一种太阳能灶,其特征在于:由太阳聚光装置、太阳能集热器、热管、夹层灶组成,所述的太阳能集热器用支架连接在太阳聚光装置主光轴上的焦点位置,所述的太阳能集热器包括无镀膜全玻璃真空管、热管和吸热翅片,热管的蒸发段安装吸热翅片并套入无镀膜全玻璃真空管内,吸热翅片外侧镀选择性吸收涂层,热管的冷凝段与室内的夹层灶相连接,夹层灶内为封闭空腔,四周包隔热材料,由热管把太阳能集热器和夹层灶连接成一个封闭的循环系统。
