为解决所述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种超声波探头装置，其特征在于，其包括第一耐磨贴片、第二耐磨贴片、探头本体，第一耐磨贴片、第二耐磨贴片分别固定在探头本体的相对两侧。
本实用新型的积极进步效果在于：本实用新型超声波探头装置提高探头的耐磨损强度，延长其使用寿命，降低生产成本。

如图1所示，本实用新型超声波探头装置包括第一耐磨贴片1、第二耐磨贴片2、探头本体3，第一耐磨贴片1、第二耐磨贴片2分别固定在探头本体3的相对两侧，第一耐磨贴片1和第二耐磨贴片2由两片有机玻璃做成，用高粘度胶水粘合于探头本体的两侧增加耦合面积，起到耐磨作用。第一耐磨贴片的宽度、第二耐磨贴片的宽度小于探头本体的宽度。探头本体在扫查工作过程，第一耐磨贴片、第二耐磨贴片与探头本体一起移动，增大探头本体与工件的接触面积来减小探头自身的磨损程度，大大提高了其使用寿命。
第一耐磨贴片和第二耐磨贴片能大大的提高探头的使用寿命，第一耐磨贴片和第二耐磨贴片的加工简单，现场实用性高；第一耐磨贴片和第二耐磨贴片采用有机玻璃为原材料，成本低廉。
