Abstract

全自动化进料排料大中型沼气池,涉及沼气池技术领域,一级厌氧发酵池与二级厌氧发酵池连体,一级厌氧发酵池设在二级厌氧发酵池内,池体设为圆柱体;设置一根从一级厌氧发酵池到二级厌氧发酵池的出料斜导管,斜导管底端设在一级厌氧发酵池内底端距池底200mm,底端形状设为马蹄状,顶端设置在二级厌氧发酵池内上部。进料管穿过二级厌氧发酵池、一级厌氧发酵池池壁进入一级厌氧发酵池内,回流管从一级厌氧发酵池池内向外穿过二级厌氧发酵池池壁;一级厌氧发酵池池壁上口设置溢流口,二级厌氧发酵池池壁下沿设置排料口。本实用新型的进料排料都是自动完成,不需要添加其他的设备辅助完成,节约了使用成本;两池连体共建,节省了大量的建造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及沼气池技术领域,尤其涉及一种全自动化进料排料的大中型沼气池。 
背景技术
目前国内大中型沼气池在建造与使用上存在诸多缺陷及弊端,有待改进及完善。其表现如下:建造结构不合理造成成本巨大、限制众多企业发展,浪费大量资金,节能减排效益不明显。增温池、两级厌氧发酵池分开建设,全部采用单体式建造。浪费巨大量的资金、场地和人工,失去建造沼气池实行节能减排意义;另外池体进料与出料完全靠机械,进料需两台泵,排料还需两台泵,而且需要长距离输送,造成使用成本增加,结果是既浪费设备和资金,又消耗大量电能,还增加管理费用。 
发明内容
根据以上不足,本实用新型提供一种全自动化进料排料大中型沼气池,克服建造成本高、占地面积大、浪费动力设备、浪费紧缺能源的缺点。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一级厌氧发酵池与二级厌氧发酵池连体,池中套池,一级厌氧发酵池设在二级厌氧发酵池内,池体设为圆柱体;设置一根从一级厌氧发酵池到二级厌氧发酵池的出料斜导管,所述的斜导管底端设在一级厌氧发酵池内底端距池底200mm,斜导管底端形状设为马蹄状,斜导管顶端设置在二级厌氧发酵池内上部。本实用新型的进料管穿过二级厌氧发酵池和一级厌氧发酵池池壁进入一级厌氧发酵池内,回流管从一级厌氧发 酵池池内向外穿过二级厌氧发酵池池壁;一级厌氧发酵池池壁上口设置溢流口,二级厌氧发酵池池壁下沿设置自动排料口。 
原理:物料经由进料管在沼气池顶端下反200mm处穿过二级厌氧发酵池壁及一级厌氧发酵池壁进入一级厌氧发酵池,即上部进料法。便于冲破上部结壳,当物料超过斜导管设定高度的时候,从斜导管的下端马蹄口进入斜导管,从斜导管的顶端出来进入二级厌氧发酵池,在二级厌氧发酵池内继续发酵,产生沼气,最后将废料经排料口排出即可。若向一级厌氧发酵池内输入物料过多,首先经由沼气池顶部设定的溢流口排到二级厌氧发酵池内,若输入一级厌氧发酵池物料在过多时超过溢流口,则经由回流管排出池池外,回流到进料原处的调节池,也叫增温池及预处理池。此时停止进料,两级厌氧发酵池顶端设置双模储气柜。形成三体联合,减少占地、降低建造成本、两级发酵池与储气柜一体化,所以两个发酵池体内任意互相进料与排料都无正负压。两个沼气池产生的沼气共同进入一个双模储气柜内。由输气导管排出供用户用气。根据不同发酵物料设定不同滞留期,设置每日循环进料与排料多少 
本实用新型的进料排料都是自动完成,不需要添加其他的设备辅助完成,节约了使用成本;俩池连体共建,节省了大量的建造成本及减少占地面积。

下面结合具体实施方式和附图进一步加以说明: 
实施例:如图1所示,一级厌氧发酵池(1)设在二级厌氧发酵池(7)内,出料斜导管(10)从一级厌氧发酵池(1)伸到二级厌氧发酵池(7),斜导管(10)底端设在一级厌氧发酵池(1)内,顶端在二级厌氧发酵池(7)内。进料管(9)穿过二级厌氧发酵池(7)和一级厌氧发酵池池壁(6)进入一级厌氧发酵池(1)内,回流管(4)从一级厌氧发酵池(1)池内向外穿过二级厌氧发酵池池壁(5);一级厌氧发酵池池壁(6)上口设置溢流口(2),二级厌氧发酵池池壁(5)下沿设置排料口(8)。物料经由进料管(9)进入一级厌氧发酵池(1),在一级厌氧发酵池(1)内发酵,产生沼气,不断进料由于连通器原理不断从斜导管(10)的马蹄口进入斜导管(10),从斜导管(10)的顶端排出来进入二级厌氧发酵池(7)一直到一级厌氧发酵池上部设定的溢流口达到内外液面平行停止进料,在二级厌氧发酵池(7)内继续发酵,产生沼气,最后将废料经排料口(8)排出即可。 

Claims (3)

1.全自动化进料排料大中型沼气池,特征是一级厌氧发酵池与二级厌氧发酵池连体,一级厌氧发酵池设在二级厌氧发酵池内,池体设为圆柱体;设置一根从一级厌氧发酵池到二级厌氧发酵池的出料斜管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动化进料排料大中型沼气池,其特征是所述的斜导管底端设在一级厌氧发酵池内底端,距池底200mm,斜导管底端形状设为马蹄状,斜导管顶端设置在二级厌氧发酵池内上部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全自动化进料排料大中型沼气池,其特征是进料管穿过二级厌氧发酵池和一级厌氧发酵池池壁进入一级厌氧发酵池内,回流管从一级厌氧发酵池池内向外穿过二级厌氧发酵池池壁;一级厌氧发酵池池壁上口设置溢流口,二级厌氧发酵池池壁下沿设置自动排料口。
