本实用新型涉及一种化纤材料过滤装置，应用于对化纤材料进行过滤作业。
背景技术
化纤材料在使用时，要进行过滤作业，而目前的过滤作业中往往采用单一的过滤设备，从而导致化纤材料中的杂物过滤效果不好，影响到后续产品生产的质量。因而，针对上述问题是本实用新型的研究目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种化纤材料过滤装置，有利于提升化纤材料杂物的过滤效果。
本实用新型的特征在于：一种化纤材料过滤装置，包括导流钢管，其特征在于：所述导流钢管的周壁上开设有若干过滤孔，所述导流钢管的外围套设有一层钢丝网。
本实用新型的优点：本实用新型结构简单，能有效提升化纤材料中杂物的过滤效果，从而保证了后期生产工序中产品的质量。

具体实施方式
参考图1和图2，一种化纤材料过滤装置，包括导流钢管1，所述导流钢管1的周壁上开设有若干过滤孔1-1，所述导流钢管1的外围套设有一层钢丝网2。
上述钢丝网2采用40目、20目或36目。
具体实现过程如下：首先将化纤材料的液体通过导流钢管的过滤孔流到外层的钢丝网，此时可以初步过滤掉大些的杂物，接下来由于钢丝网采用20目或36目或40目的规格，这样可以进一步过程掉杂物。通过上述的双层过滤，可有效减少杂物，保障后期产品的质量。

2.根据权利要求1所述的化纤材料过滤装置，其特征在于：所述钢丝网采用40目、20目或36目。
