本实用新型公开了一种高炉风口侧用砖,横向贯穿于风口左、右两侧部位,为近似长方体结构,其上、下表面为平行的矩形,前、后端面和左侧面为平行的矩形,右侧面为凹弧面形。本实用新型风口顶部用砖的结构简单而规则,容易拼对组合,利于实施,施工速度快。可以机压成型,质量稳定,效率高,从而取得降低生产成本,便于现场砌筑,提高使用寿命的经济效果。由于砌筑后的风口的内、外表面均为平面,所以风口的内、外表面也为平面,便于对风口边缘加工处理,风口外缘容易设置环形凹槽,有利于封堵和密封。

本实用新型涉及高炉端部风口的改进技术,具体涉及一种高炉风口侧用砖。
背景技术:
目前,高炉端部大都采用圆环形结构,这种结构在砌筑是不同于普通的平面砌筑,砌筑难度大,由于风口区域内衬里圆弧面,按圆弧面设计的组合砖的砖型相当复杂,对砖型及砖缝涂料的要求都较严格。局部甚至需要手工捣打,或者浇注、震动成型,这种常规设计方法给生产带来麻烦,质量难以控制,成品率低,现场砌筑困难。尤其是侧壁风口的设置,圆环形的侧面风口进一步加大砌筑的难度,容易出现返工的情况,影响整个施工进度。

本实用新型对目前现有状况的不足,提出一种高炉风口侧用砖。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案:一种高炉风口侧用砖,横向贯穿于风口左、右两侧部位,为近似长方体结构,其上、下表面为平行的矩形,前、后端面和左侧面为平行的矩形,右侧面为凹弧面形。 
凹弧面与其中一个端面相交处设置有弧形凹槽。
弧形凹槽的内表面为凹弧面。
本实用新型的有益积极效果:
1、本实用新型风口顶部用砖的结构简单而规则,容易拼对组合,利于实施,施工速度快。可以机压成型,质量稳定,效率高,从而取得降低生产成本,便于现场砌筑,提高使用寿命的经济效果。
2、由于砌筑后的风口的内、外表面均为平面,所以风口的内、外表面也为平面,便于对风口边缘加工处理,风口外缘容易设置环形凹槽,有利于封堵和密封。
