Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种新型控制臂前衬套,由外套管、内套管、缓冲橡胶、金属垫片组成;其特征在于:缓冲橡胶与金属内、外管壁硫化在一起,内套管一侧有金属垫片,外套管一侧有法兰边和橡胶缓冲区。所述的缓冲橡胶与金属垫片的间隙为1.0mm。装配时两个衬套相对装配,所有关于性能的要求都是以对装后两个衬套为一个整体考虑的。在满足刚度,耐久性能要求的基础上,优化了装配方法。

本实用新型涉及一种新型控制臂前衬套,属于一种汽车悬架控制臂橡胶衬套结构和装配的改进领域。
技术背景
在开发H平台C131车型的时候,为了使整车达到较高的操纵稳定性,对前悬架下控制臂前衬套设定了较高的目标,给结构设计带来了很多困难,既要满足刚度的要求,又要提高耐久性,方便安装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型控制臂前衬套,此衬套对整车性能比较重要,轴向刚度要求高,同时两侧面都有橡胶缓冲区;为了让缓冲区的接触面积足够,在内管外端增加了金属垫片;同时在尺寸上进行了优化,使衬套压装后两内套管有足够的预紧力。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:新型控制臂前衬套,由外套管、内套管、缓冲橡胶、金属垫片组成;其特征在于:缓冲橡胶与金属内、外管壁硫化在一起,内套管一侧有金属垫片,外套管一侧有法兰边、橡胶缓冲区。
所述的缓冲橡胶与金属垫片的间隙为1.0mm。
本实用新型的积极效果是用于C131车型前下控制臂前衬套的一种新型结构,此结构满足了刚度、耐久等基本性能要求,同时装配工艺简单,可靠实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述:如图1所示,新型控制臂前衬套,由金属垫片1、内套管2、缓冲橡胶3、外套管4组成;其特征在于:缓冲橡胶3与金属内套管2、外套管4管壁硫化在一起,内套管2一侧有金属垫片1,外套管4一侧有法兰边、橡胶缓冲区。装配时两个衬套相对装配,所有关于性能的要求都是以对装后两个衬套为一个整体考虑的。在满足刚度,耐久性能要求的基础上,优化了装配方法。
新型内套管2的预载:单个衬套的内套管2和外套管4相对尺寸为31mm,而控制臂前套管的长度为61mm,也就是说在装配后,两侧的内套管2各被伸张出0.5mm,保证了预紧力,同时将缓冲橡胶3与金属垫片1的间隙由0.5mm增大到1.0mm,完成轴向刚度的限位要求。
内套管2外端的金属垫片1:由于前衬套轴向位移比较有限(3mm)因此橡胶量相当薄,对于零件硫化产生了困难,将压力垫片压入内套管,一方面保证的硫化的顺利进行,另一方面达到了轴向限位的目的。
缓冲橡胶3与垫片的分离:缓冲橡胶与压力垫片没有硫化在一起,此种结构在悬架上下跳动的工况下,缓冲橡胶基本不扭转,提高了耐久性能。

1.新型控制臂前衬套,由外套管、内套管、缓冲橡胶、金属垫片组成;其特征在于:缓冲橡胶与金属内、外管壁硫化在一起,内套管一侧有金属垫片,外套管一侧有法兰边和橡胶缓冲区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型控制臂前衬套,其特征在于所述的缓冲橡胶与金属垫片的间隙为1.0mm。
